Gauri is taking care of akash's wound. Akash is watching her and remembers how he insulted and treated gauri so badly and still she saved him and took care of his sick mom feeld bad. he thought She could have died saving him
He asks leaving gauri to stop as he wants to take care of her and put a bandage on her wound.

My comments: 2 best things happened today. Finally Akash realizes his mistake and accepts Gauri. Worth watching scene. 2ndly Saras knows Yuv sacrificed his life to save her happiness.
