i agree they need to change the villian, is enough of Gayathri, she shd turn positve now.... actually she is positive but she think her daughter is ill treated so she turn into negative and evil woman...

In order to turn positive, she has to make herself understand that whatever happened wasnt because of heer or nihaal, but it was just an accident. I'm assuming that she might like chahat because she is prem's daughter but she definetly isnt ready to turn positive🤔😆
