You know, first when choti maa was introduced, I liked her, cause she seemed open
Then I disliked her because of her hostility to Jyoti. She was rude for no reason
But recently, after watching a few of the most recent episodes, i've started liking her again
I can kinda see a reason for all her actions.
She was suspicious of Jyoti, but she was never actually rude to her face. She just asked Uday to be vary of her, and that's legitimate
Then the whole work issue. There it seemed to me that she was a little insecure of Jyoti and her indipendence, but I can see what she meant. A newlywed bride working outside of the house when she clearly doesn't need to.
And now recently with the whole rakhee thing. She shouted at Jyoti for not caling, but she was only worried. She turned down Jyoti's choices in clothes and jewellry because she didn't want Pankaj to look bad in front of everyone.
And today, even though Jyoti didn't want, she sent a big basket of sweets to her house, because it would look bad if Jyoti, from a rich family, took hardly anything to her maayka
She made sure Jyoti went in a car so she could be comfortable, and maybe make it home safer
Choti maa may seem like a stinger, rude and arrogant, but she's really level headed and real
I just fear that when the whole Sudha-Devika thing comes out, she may not be as open to Uday's relationship with her
