y gunjan confessing first would hav made sense!

ok..before I start the topic, I kno that 99.99999% of the people WILL disagree wit me ..or maybe even 100% 😆😆😆 yet, I wanna put forth my POV ...😊

in a relationship like SG ... where there is ample understanding, loads of togetherness... and an amazing friendship ... a bond soo pure, so genuine that there can be nothing more beautiful than that ... two individuals are soo content wit knowing wat the other person is for them .. that they barely even try to speculate whether there can be anything beyond that !!! they are soo happy jus to be wit each other ... hence it does not matter to them whether or not the other person might think of him/her as something more that jus a friend ... heck, even they dont think abt the other person that way !!!

this is the first stage of such a relationship ... which was obvious, after the V-day celebrations... they wer delighted ... overjoyed ... ecstatic ... they both knew that they had found a friend .. read : a friend without quotes , for life !!!

now ... there eventually comes a second stage, wherein, either one person begins to think differently ... but that change in thoughts doesnt cum all of a sudden ... it happened for gunjan...she never started thinking abt whether samrat was something more than a friend for her .. until she was taunted upon by aparajita, abt whether samrat is her boy-friend during the RJ hunt ... until then, she didnt even kno that the emotion called love .. could be corelated wit her best friend ... and hence, she started to think abt him that way .. which eventually lead her to understand that maybe .. jus maybe she is in love wit him .. and then to her ultimate realisation that she is in love wit him ...

samrat, all this while .. has been in stage one of that relationship ... he is completely clueless of his own feelings ... jus like gunjan was 5 months ago ...

jus like gunjan, he cannot hav the realisation on his own ... he is soo used to considering gunjan as his best friend ... and fcourse his endless inferiority complex around her that he cannot even begin to think abt her that way ....unless, he has some clue ... that might lead him to think abt her in a diff manner than he's used to think ... n wat better way than to let him kno wat gunjan feels for him ... he never thought abt her that way, but now...when he comes to kno what his best friend feels abt him..he might want to think abt her in a different manner ... might want to think of her more than her friend ...

tho he shudnt hav to kno that thru sheee-na ... however, in today's epi...instead of staying silent...if gunjan wud hav confessed her love for him ...he wud hav had a much better realisation of what she is for him ...

she already means soo much to him ... he jus needs to kno what those feelings are ...

even tho I was initially against him knowing abt her feelings first ..now after a lot of thinking, this is wat I conclude ...

Hmmm,....well I believe in friendships where there's a clueless guy like sammy baba....who still cnsciously only thinks of her as his BFF if there's a confession naa...things get way too awkward!!!

And even with the level of understanding and comfort....it would still get awkward I feel!

And I feel the story would lose some of its entertainment factor if everything's revealed aise hee.

And I strongly feel samrat should be as tortured as gunjan has been these past few months...phir mazaa aayega! 😆

lol mads i am actually relieved samrat is still clueless ... frankly gunjan confessing her love to him .... emmmm i dont think i would have liked that !!!!

@ red : yeah thats toh completely true harshu .. 😆😆😆 coz such kinda stuff happens in reality ... in entertainment ..esp in fictional shows u gotta add some "masala" like sheeena ...

but I still feel that if u hav an amazing level of understanding...then such things do not matter in a friendship much ... and as far as they hav shown the SG relationship, they have that kinda understanding ... sure it wud get awkward for the first few days or so...but later on things jus go back to normal .., they hav to, its life yaar!! u cant hold onto one thing for a long time..sometimes u jus hav to let it go...

and I completely agree wit wat u said in the other post, that now v need to hav something abt sam's POV ... gunjan's has been overdone ...

and abt tadpaoing sam ... hmmm, maybe I forgive ppl too easily ..but the way he stood up for gunjan in yest's epi, he has regained fully and completely my respect for him ... I dont wish for him to be tortured now ...

u kno, saying cute words like "best friend" n "soulmate" ...and making ur friend feel special of rose day is easy..koi bhi kar sakta hain... but actually being there for them ... is jus as difficult ..and he proved that yest that his words..r not jus words ...

for the first time, words are as loud as the actions 👏👏👏

But I think if knows about Gunji's feelings, he will feel compelled to love her back. But I want him to go thru the realization process, where he feels confused for sometime (I think he's already in this phase), then starts to luk at her that way and then realizes she's the one!

had nupur been the one confessing her love first .... i think i would have been ok with that ... coz her character is such ... outgoing .. hyper ... someone like gunjan ...whos soo bashful confessing her love ................. hard to digest !!!!

n also if they wanna show gunjan confessing her love then y wait for soooooo lnog .... she could have confessed it during the rase day event only na 😳

see what has happened now is sheee-na's words will keep ringing in his mind ..... subconsciously samrat will dwelve on them .... n that will somewhere help his realisation ( like aprajita's words led gunjan to think abt them .... same for samrat even )

he will realise its more than friendship that he feels for her

when he said that dosti nahi to pyar kaise.....that was the 1st sign that something had changed in he equation from samrat's side....

However the cherry on the cake was the insult of gunjan by sheena...and the excellent way samrat reacted....that was what i had initailly wished for that one day samrat should hear what language sheena speaks to gunjan and the about turn she takes when she is with samrat..i.e mithi churi😡 in front of samrat

However i too was absolutely against samrat coming to know about gunjan's feelings through sheena...par now it seems fine and after reading your POV ..........i sincerely feel that samrat sure enough needed the push..else he was still talking about protecting gunjan and their pure friendship...par that love word in samrat's eyes for gunjan needed to be added in samrat's friendship ki dictionary...

There would be some awkward moments between samrat n gunjan but i am so sure that they will be very sweet...now i want samrat to pursue gunjan in the same but sweeter way😉 the way Mayank pursued Nupur super hotly😳

hmmm thats true kanz .. but gunjan did not go to confess her love by initiating .. since sheee-na brought up the subject ... I believ if she wud hav dun that .. then it wud hav been better instead of all that RV "plan" drama ...

I would have loved it if Gunjan would have confessed her feelings to him. Cuaz i dont care about stereotypes and cliches.. that a guy has to confess first and stuff. Yes if the guy is a jerk.. and you have a crush on him then dont cofess.. but we are talking about Sammy he iz a really nice guy.. and he wont react in an abrupt way on knowing gunji's feelings and he would definately not hurt her. With understanding like this Gunjan can seriously tell him that Sammy I love you.. but i dont wanna be a pile on.. so if you dont love me then it is ok.... Thats how any rational, upfront person should do it.. But i do have respect for gunji and i belive if she doesnt want to say it then it is her perogative and decision.
