While gunjan and nupur are lost in their nostalgia …..there is a knock at the door.
U(from outside):gunjan…..nupur……jaldi darwaza kholo…..
N:(wiping her tears)ye uday bhaiya bhi na! hamesha galat time par entry
marte hain, by god!….. bilkul…bilkul…. parmeet sethi ki tarah!
G:Di!
N:gunjan pls darwaza khol na…. main tab tak apna make-up theek kart leti hoon….
agar mayank ne mujhe naise dekh liya na to ulte paon vapas bhag jayega!
G:di…..mayank jiju yahan nahin aane wale…
N:pata hai yaar……par baad mein photo mein to dekhega na…..
aur pls gunjan ye baat baar baar kahkar mera dil mat jala!
G:di tum bhi na…..
Uday again knocks at the door.
N:Uday bhaiyaaaaa!gunjan ja na warna aaj ye darwaza toot kar hi rahega.
Gunjan goes and opens the door.
G:kya hua Uday bhaiya…..
U:woh gunjan kya hai na papa…..mera matlab tumhare aur mere papa dono
humein neeche bula rahe hain………….aur tum sab ladkiyon ki wajah se mujhe
baar baar daant pad rahi hai…..
N:(suddenly coming from behind)Mere pyare Uday bhaiya kya aap apni behnoin ke liye thodi si daant bhi nahin kha sakte!by god!
U:achcha!waise agar aisi baat hai nupur to….. apni sweet sisters ke liye main daant to kya maar bhi kha sakta hoon………waise I forgot to say but …..aaj tum dono bahut achche lag rahe ho….. I must say sam aur sadu bahut lucky hain…..aur main…… bahut hi unlucky(uday becomes teary).
G:aap aisa kyun kah rahe hain uday bhaiya!!!!!!!
Only then dia comes from behind.
D:oh god dodo tumse koi kaam theek se nahin hota…..tumse gunjan aur nupur ko bulane ko kaha tha….. na ki yahan khade hokar chit chat karne ko…….(only then she notices that uday has tears in his eyes)
D:Dodo! tum ……gunjan ye……ye….. dodo ko kya hua …..ye aise……
G:pata nahin dia Uday bhaiya ne kaha ki woh bahut unlucky hain
aur achanak……
U:you know dids kal gunjan aur nupur chale jaayenge……aur phir do
maheene baad….. tum bhi…..aur main bilkul akela rah jaoonga………….aur
ghar bethkar papa ki daant khata rahoonga…….meri koi sister nahin
hogi mujhe support karne ke liye…….phir kaun mujhe har Sunday
kabhi gajar ka halwa…..kabhi rajma chawal…..to kabhi kheer bana kar khilayega
…….ab to woh sab sirf samrat ke liye banega!
Listening to uday Dia is unable to stop her tears………….
D:oh dodo!pls don't cry baby!
U:dids main tumhari daant ko kitna miss karoonga……..aur nupur
woh to hamesham meri project banane mein help karti thi……….
main to tum sabke bina itna udas ho jayunga ki……. mujhe to lagta hai ki
main beemar hi pad jaaonga…….
G:(who is also in tears now)Pls uday bhaiya aisa mat kahiye………….
N:haan uday bhaiya aur hum kaun sa aapko hamesha ke liye chod kar ja rahe hain
………..hum sab Mumbai mein hi to honge na…………aur haan aapko beemar to hum bilkul nahin padne denge………..kyunki hum apne liye ek aisi bhabhi dhoondh kar layenge jo hamesha aapka khayal rakhein ….aur………aapko…. kabhi bhi humari yaad na aane dein(and a tear drops from nupur's eye).
U:Really nupur!how sweet………
D:dekha dodo ab to khush na ………chalo ab ye sab melo drama chodo aur celebration ke mood mein aa jayo…….
N:Dia! tumhara matlab ke meena kumara se madhuri dixit …..mahima choudhary ban jaye…..
D:aaaan!whatever nupur!mera matlab bus jaldi neeche chalo……..
U:arrrrrrrrrrre haan……. mein to bhool hi gaya jaldi chalo papa daant rahein hain…….
N:hey bhagwan!aap bhi na uday bhaiya…………chaliye
And all four of them go downstairs.The entire hall is dazzling with beautiful lights and colourful flowers…….as gunjan and nupur are walking down slowly...all
Seeing dia bringing gunjan and nupur down Annie rushes to accompany her.
A:god babes tun dono kitne beautiful lag rahe ho………..achcha hua jo
mayank aur samrat ko yahaan nahin bulaya ………warna woh honey moon
se pehle moon par pahunch jaate.
Both gunjan and nupur blush listening to what annie said.After reaching downstairs, dia gently makes gunjan and nupur sit amidst the beautiful mehendi thaals that were waiting for the two brides to come………
D:hey guyz common lets begin with it ……main sabse pehle gunjan ko mehendi lagaaongi!
DD(dia's dad):Dia beta abhi nahin…….bas shilpa ji gunjan aur nupur ke shagun ki mehendi lekar pahunchti hi hongi……….sabse pehle dulhan ko ladke ke ghar se aayi mehendi hi lagaai jaati hai.
Nupur and gunjan are blushing even more………….
GD:haan!aur mujhe to yakeen hi nahin ho raha ke jo betiyaan kal tak mere saath khelti thee woh kal chali jaayengi………..apne papa ko chod ke…………(and he has tears in his eyes).
DD:aap udas kyun hote hain bhaisahab humaari bachiyaan to bahut khushkismat hain ki unhein unka manchaha jeewansathi mil raha hai…………..woh kitni khush hain……….aakhir aap bhi to yehi chahte the naa……………
GD:han woh to hai!
Only then mayank's mom arrive………..gunjan N nupur's dad and dia's dad welcome her and accept the shagun she has brought for gunjan and nupur.
After meeting everyone she goes near gunjan and nupur………….both gunjan and nupur touch her feet and she gives a tight hug to both her daughters.
G:aunty pls aiye na…….
MM:(mayu's mom)gunjan ye auntu shanty kuch nahin chalega………..samrat mujhe maa bulata hai aur tumhein bhi maa hi bulana padega!
G:ji aunty…..mera matlab…. ji maa.
MM:ye hui na baat………..chalo dono apne haath mujhe dikhao………aaj apni pyaari si betiyon ko main khud mehendi lagaaongi.
And then she starts applying mehendi on gunjan and nupur's hand.She makes beautiful designs on their hands………
D:Hey guys jab tak aunty gunjan aur nupur ko mehendi lagati hain…..kyun na tab tak lets rock the dance floor?
And all of them begin with the dance………while everyone is in gr8 mood Mayu's mom notices dat nupur has made a sad innocent face.
MM:are tujhe kya hua …..aise muun kyun bana liya……
N:maa woh….kya aap humare haathon pe sirf phool patte hi banayengi……
she instantly understands what nupur is trying to say…….and has a
hidden smile on her face seeing nupur's expressions.
MM(in a teasing tone):Kyun nupur beta ……mujhe kuch aur bhi banana chahiye kya…..
N:haan maa woh mayank ka naam(comes an instant answer)…….aaaaaaaaaaaaaa…..mera matlab woh kehte hain na ki dulhan ki mehendi mein dulhe ka naam hota hai…….to…..
MM:achcha!aisa kehte hain………………
G:di! Tum bhi na……
MM:rehne de gunjan …..mujhe pat tha nupur mujhse ye zaroor kahegi…….
chalo dikhao main tum dono ke haath par tumhare dulhon ka naam likh deti hoon….
and she writes mayank's name on nupur's hand and samrat's name on gunjan's .
MM:lo nupur ab to khush na…………
N:(being very excited):haan………….thankyou maa….and she hugs her tightly….
MM:Dia beta ab baki ki mehendi tum sab milkar laga dena……mujhe jana hai….
D:par aunty aap abhi to aayi hain……dinner to kar ke jayiye….
G:haan maa aap aise kaise jaa sakti hain?
MM:gunjan beta rukna to main bhi chahti thi par tum mayu ko nahin janti
woh ladka itna busy hai ki apni shadi ki sherwani ki fittings karwane tak ka use time nahin hai….I just wish mere chote bte ki kuch qualities bade mein bhi hoti………..ek mayu hai aur ek samrat jo kal se teen baar apni sherwani pahan kar dekh chukka hai…..aur perfect fitting hone ke baad bhi har baar yehi kahta hai ki
…..maa kuch kami lag rahi hai na……
This brings a shy smile on gunjan's lips………….
After blessing both of them and giving regards to dere dad mayu's mom leave.
D:hey commom guys ab humari bari hai…..chalo gunjan aur nupur ko mehendi lagate hain....
And all of them inc. benji,annie,uday,chacko start applying mehendi to nupur and gunjan.
D:oh wow babes………tumhari mehendi kitni sunder lag rahi hai…………..I can't believe kuch dino baad mere haathon mein bhi isi tarah…….. ranvijay ka naam hoga(and she blushes).
N:dia tum sharmati bhi ho ,By god!
D:kya nupur tum bhi na!!!
Only then gunjan and nupur's dad and dia's dad come to apply mehendi on gunjan and nupur's hands.
DD:dia tum sabne bahut laga li……….ab humein bhi to mauka do.
D:aiye na dad…………
And dia's dad apply mehendi on both of dere hands.He hugs and blesses dem for a
happy married life.After dat gunjan's father comes and he starts applying mehendi on dere hands …
Only den a drop of tear falls from his eye on gunjan's hand……….
G:papa……..aap ro rahe hain…..
GD:beta agar aaj tumhari mummy hoti to woh bhi tumhein mehendi lagati………..beta aaj tak maine poori koshish ki tumhein maa aur pita dono ka pyaar doon……….lekin beta agar mujhse koi kami rah gayi ho…. to mujhe maaf kar dena…………
Both gunjan and nupur start crying listening to what he said……….
N:papa aap ye kya kah rahe hain…………agar maa bhi hoti to humein itna pyaar na de pati jitna aapne diya……….pls papa aaj ke baad aisa kabhi mat kahiyega……………
And the three of them break badly into tears and hug each other ……………..
