Kushal, Abhi and Ashwin arrange the torn pieces of paper and although there are pieces missing they are able to form the letter. Ashwini says that there were no more pieces and so they decide to read what they have with them and make sense.They cannot make out who wrote it but the letter looks like it is written by Karthika's ex husband who wants to get back into her life.
Ajatshatru, Pratap and Tejali are still searching in the watchman's house. Ajatshatru gets pieces of molded plastic while Tejali finds a spring and Pratap a circuit board. Pratap says that this all points to soem toy and Ajatshatru says he thinks its the doll they are looking for.
Kushal, Abhi and Ashwini go over to the place where KArthika worked as a model . They ask for information and the people there do not know much. One guy Bipin says that Karthika used to often talk to her lawyer lolita and from her they should be able to learn more about lolita . He also says lolita is a hot chick .
Pratap is searching the outside of the house and he finds the body of the watchman. Ajatshatru says this confirms that the watchman had a hand in the murder and to keep him quiet he was killed. They are all wondering who could be the one who killed him. Ajatshatru tells Tejali to go back to the house and search for any electronic device that can help them.Tejali searches and finds a memory chip on top of the mirror. Ajatshatru says he will call Kushal the computer expert to help to find out.
Kushal and the other 2 are in the car going over to lolita. kushal is so cute he is talking about the hot chicks falling for him as he is cute and lolita too will fall for his charm. He also says that no one will want to talk to abhi as he is so serious. Abhi says girls no longer fall for chocholate boy looks and instead want heros.Kushal gets Ajatshatru's call asking him to come back to the bureau and he tells Abhi to stop the car as he needs to go back . But before leaving he tells Abhi to take care of lolita.
Abhi and Ashwini wait for a long time in lolita's office. Finally they get to go in and are in for a shock. Lolita is a fat lady and not what they expected. She is talking so much that hardly they get to talk. Finally Abhi tells her that they are here to know more about Karthika. HE says that as she fought her divorce case she must be knwoing Karthika;s husband. Lolita is all quiet .He tells her that they need to know about Karthika's husband. Lolita says that the person who just left before they came in was KArthika's hsuband Tarun. Ashwini and Abhi run out and they see Tarun getting in a taxi and they start following him.
In the bureau Kushal puts all the pieces of the toy together and he says that this toy is voice activated recorder meaning that when someone talks it get activated and starts recording. It will play till the battery runs out or someone turns it off. Also alarm can be set to make it speak at certain times. He then plays the toy but its not audible, He tries to adjust it many times but still its not audible. Ajatshatru tells him to work on making sure that they can understand whats being said and also want to be able to hear the background. Tejali says that the person who was in KArthika's house is someone who she knows well and also someone who knew about this particular doll and the recording. But from what they can hear they cannot make out anything at all about the guy. Kushal is still working on making the voice more clear.
Abhi and Ashwini manage to catch up with the cab and makes Tarun get out of the cab and tell him they are from CID SB
