She must be related to Brijesh and Nahar Singh, as Nahar Singh's family members call her by "Bhabho"

Is she their mother or grand-mother?

i think she is their grandmother but what about pia? is she nahar's sister or sister aditi's daughter?

i think pia is his sister as once tara told saloni that rest of the family consists of an elder brother and 2 sisters.
