Wow! Cool rules!!! Even though I'm confused. What's the difference b/w a chaser answering a question and a beater answering it? Like in Quidditch, Chasers score points. N Beaters defend. I'm a Gryffindor Beater, if I answer a question right, will I earn points for Gryffys or will it simply be just defending???

the chasers n beater's of opposite teams challenge each other for the same question coz when say suppose TEAM1 CHASERS are SCORING then TEAM2 BEATERS will be DEFENDING.

no I think if we answer a question rite we'ld also earn points.

ok, as tejas said...

there are TWO STEPS TO SCORING...

first...

if you are in GRYFFINDOR... and RAVENCLAW has just scored... it is GRIFFY's turn to do the offense... and RAVEN defends...

STEP 1> if you're the OFFENSE... then your chasers face the opponent beaters... if your chasers give the right answer, it means they have successfully dodged the opponent team's beaters and bludgers...

STEP 2> once you get past the opposing (raven) beaters... the chaser from your team (gryffi) who has given the right answer faces off with the opponent keeper one-on-one... if you answer the question correctly THIS TIME, you SCORE!
