nups didn't know abt sam-sheena??

hello frnds,in yesterday's epi when nupur was talking 2 gunjan she said sumthing like"tu samrat se baat nahi kar rahi hai sheena samrat ki g.f hogayi....."n then i dont remember but does that mean that nupur never knew abt sam-sheena going around i thought she knew abt coz remember the scene whwn sam came 2 meet gunji n nups was(during sam sheena's 1st date) also there ,while going back samrat was using the window n nups says that u can use the door coz if sumthing happens 2 u tumhari sheenaaaaaaa ko bura lag jayega n now also even during uday's b'day party she was happy when sheena was invited so that sajan cud spend sum time 2gether 4rm all this i had thought that she knew abt shammy so then y did she say like that yesterday.i amnot blaming her at all just was confused wid this thing plz guys correct me if i am wrong or have 4gotten sumthing😊

I think Nups meant that they're really boyfriend and girlfriend now and she did not know this.
before that they were just flirting and all...
