Bhoomi overhears the conversation btn arjun and Shefali and says she knows now that Shefali has understood Arjun.
Shefali calls her dad.But he thinks tht she has called 2 congragulate on his companny's profit. He says all the credit goes to Yuvraj.
Shefali meets Manasvi. She cries and hugs Manasvi and says she has spoiled Arjuns life.
Shefali is not able to forgive Yuvraj and is sad that she has lost her love.(Arjun)

Manasvi and Arjun are having Bfast and Shefali comes and looks at Arjun smilingly and sits. Yuv comes and wants to talk with her. But she says she doesnt wanna talk. Yuvi's mom joins for bfast and asks if anything is wrong with Shefali and asks her abt her being absent for dinner the prev night.
Yuv says she had pizza. Her mom is happy that he is taking care of her. Shefali leaves abruptly saying she has some urgent work. Yuv's Mom and Yuv jus look on.
Keshav tries to cheer Bhoomi and gets to know abt Arjun and Shefali. Bhoomi concludes saying she thinks Shefali still loves Arjun. He gets angry that Arjun didnt tell anything abt the matter and speaks to Arjun that he hided such a big matter.
Arjun says he is confused.
Arjun and Keshav talk abt Shefali. Arjun says tht he feels sorry as well as hatred for Shefal and says she has become lonely now.
Shefali has memories of the good time spent with Arjun. Arjun comes and cheers Shefali by gng her a chocolate bar. Shefali cries and goes away.
Yuvraj and Mama talk abt Shefali and mama asks him to take her for a holiday.
