So as promised....I'm back with the next phase.......'thoda zyada hogaya/hangout scene'😆😆.....
Let me begin by just saying how MUCH I love this dialogue of Mayank's😆.....Firstly in context of that scene where he said it for the first time....and maybe the last time *sigh*😆....and in a LARGER scheme of things....cuz that ironically enough TOTALLY applies to Mayank HIMSELF now😆.....who would have thought😆.....
Ok, now moving on to the actual scene......here's the vid courtesy Sarah once again:

Scene begins with CLASSIC Nupur😆😆....who GOD only knows HOW decided that she looks like a 'fashion plate' in that yuck outfit she shows up to school in....all thanks to Dia's machinations😆😆....so in walks our heroine and decides to walk up to the only guy she's gotten to know at college....expecting some compliments on her 'amazing' look....after all she IS the Morena dream girl, no less😆😆.....I LOVE how she shows up in front of him all preening and patting her hair and clears her throat to get his attention....M IGNORES her...COMPLETELY😆😆.....N is irritated....yet decides to try again....."Maine puchha main KAISI lag rahi hoon'??.....M finally looks up.....raising his eyebrows as his gaze slowly moves up to take in the cartoon in front of him😆😆....."Excuse me, kya main tumhein jaanta hoon'???? LMAOOOOOOOO!🤣.....Mayank does some SOLID besti of Nupur's in this scene which for some reason I REALLY really enjoyed😆😆.....N is all affronted....how DARE he??...hahaha
This ENTIRE exchange is just GOLD....pure GOLD....I could literally list out every dialogue but I think I should stop....lol....my fav. bits though are M's two main dialogues:
a) "Point to be noted....waise is college main bahut kam log hain jo seedhi baat karte hain....aur seedhi baat samajhne waale us se bhi kam.....tumhaare aane se ek aur list mein add ho gaya hai"🤣 I LOVE THIS MAYANK!😍😆
b) "Actually tum itna insist kar rahi ho toh main bataa deta hoon......mujhe pata nahin tha ki aaj college mein fancy dress competition hai....warna main bhi STATUE OF LIBERTY banke aata...." and FINALLY that EVERGREEN dialogue of his.....*points at N's clownish getup* "Iska matlab yeh ki.....THODA ZYADA HOGAYA"🤣

There's another brief bit after this when Shukla shows up and N is thinking that M is holding his nose cuz SHE is stinking...and she's all like, 'tumne naak kyun pakdi hai?? Maine perfume lagaya hai, ok!"🤣🤣🤣

After this is part two....the HANGOUT scene😃😃.....another CLASSIC MN moment....lol
Nupur is at her MOST adorably clueless here....😆😆.....So she's watching CJ and co. try to bunk the class and all innocently goes, 'tum log kahaan jaa rahe ho'??😆....and so CJ explains the whole concept of 'hangout' to her....and after being initially clueless (as Mayank sneaks glances at her and rolls his eyes), the way her eyes LIGHT UP when she FINALLY gets it....and then the GLEE with which she goes, 'achhaaaaa?? WOH waala hangout?? *giggles* Humaare yahaan toh KAPDON ko HANGOUT karte hain🤣🤣🤣.....BESTTTTTTTT bit about this are M's EXPRESSIONS as she says this....CLASSIC stuff, dude! The way he breaks out into this 'is she SERIOUS?' kind of grin/semi-laugh that he tries to cover quickly....loooooooooove it!😆😆

Two other noteworthy moments after this are when N's trying to go 'hangout' as well and mutters 'MR. GYAANI BABA' at M when she thinks he's trying to stop her from leaving....LOL....and the second one is M's dialogue to her, "Oh haaaaaan....main toh bhool gaya tha...tum toh yahaan 'cool' ban ne ka CRASH COURSE karne aayi ho, haina??"😆......Ahhh HOW I loved this Mayank! *sigh*
And that was one more step in my falling in love with the awesomeness that were Mayank-Nupur😍....I've rewatched this scene like COUNTLESS times since.....LOLL....remains one of my all time favs....
