Yeah, I don't know why they are not responding to audience.

One thing I remember Ekta always does is she does the opposite of what the audience wants. Because that way they keep watching the show in anticipation. For example in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki she always showed Parvati being doubted by Om or under some kind of threat or danger. She always broke up famous lovers.

So I think this too is a tactic to get people to keep watching. But they don't realize that some of us are not watching the show. I don't care about Jhanvi's sasural. I just read updates. When they show something changing with Gauri and Akash, then I will start watching the show.

Is there a wayy that fans can e-mail or talk to creatives?

yes they dont care and listen . these forums r too for marketing these serials but do they read us here too ?Nope .
