Quota Reservation for Gays and Lesbians

I know people will hate me for this topic but looking at the current scheme of things i believe that after 20 years even Gays and Lesbians will have a Quota for themselves in the Indian Society.

Hmm, the basic criteria is to take out Rallies, Let AAJTAK show you.. Make some Funny comments like the Slut Rakhi Sawant does on camera and well thats about it..
also, can somebody tell me what is the basic criteria for someone to even think of implementing such decisions at the National Level. i mean who takes these decisions..
