Himani's limitations as a singer

She can sing obly the Punjabi type of songs, she is a total genre singer who was the sense to stick to her Punjabi Genre, and pathetic with old classical songs as proved in teh BW episodes. IF anyone should be voted out it is Himani.

I know I will get a lot of criticism, but I'm telling the truth

I back you totally. She is a good singer.. but with limitations.. atleast she has not proved otherwise.. All her songs sound and feel the same!!

Limitations only become when a song is sung bu somebody. When "Jiya Dhadak" is sung By Raahat Khan then it became a limitation that only some categorised voice can sing it. But before its sung by somebody a song has no limitations it can be sung by anybody who sings it well.

Totally agree! Her voice will suite only some item songs, not all type of songs. For example, Richa Sharma is a good singer but we see her singing in movies occasionally only in some special songs. Nihira will be all over Bollywood music. Nihira is the best. She will make it big very soon.

When Sunil Gavaskar was at peak, no one thought there is Sachin waitng to take over the mantle left behiend by Sunil.

Same way, It's upto Nihira to take over the mantle left over by Lataji. She's the only one whose voice quality matches Lataji. Hope Nihira becomes Sachin Tendulkar of female playback singing world.

It became like a routine thing to praise her, even if she is excellent r gud.

I agree with you guys...she does have limitations. I have poste din other forum as well. ....she is meant for item songs. you can't imagine her sing romantic songs
