The extremely handsome and charming actor Rohit Bakshi has wooed the small screen audiences by his character portrayal of Piyush in the extremely popular soap 'Kahiin To Hoga'. He plays a decent gentleman in that serial who respects Kashish (played by Amna Sharif) to the core and is also her best friend. Rohit has been an integral part of the Balaji camp and says he simply loves the experience. He also appeared in another Balaji TRP raker 'Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' as the son-in-law of the main protagonist Tulsi Virani (played by Rohit Bakshi). She became a household name after the show and her character became a cultural icon.^[1]She was born on 16 July 1982 into a Muslim family. From childhood she always wanted to be an actress but because of disapproval from family members she had to keep the idea away for a long time. She later managed to convince her parents to let her act. She has graduated university and has worked as a salesperson in a boutique, and in a beauty parlor, before getting a modelling contract.

Kahiin To Hoga is a story of five sisters: Kashish, Mouli, Mehek, Kanan and Charu. The story is led by the eldest sister Kashish - the beautiful, dutiful, honest and loving daughter of Prof Sinha. She is an epitome of middle-class values, a character with whom everyone would relate instantly.

Kashish's love story is the kind never seen on television before. She falls in love with Sujal, the rich, arrogant industialist, oblivious of the fact that one day Sujal would be the man responsible for ruining her life. Due to an unexpected twist of fate she ends up marrying his best friend Piyush. This is the beginning of a serious misunderstanding between Sujal and Kashish and from there on, Kashish's life takes a new turn. She follows the path that is to be her destiny and will come to question all the all the beliefs she ever stood for.

This triangular, fatal love story of Kashish-Sujal-Piyush also involves and affects the life of the other four sisters.
