I was just wondering, it the weeks spent on this show with the guys enough time for Rakhi to fall in love? I'm not talking about infatuation "I think you're cute, I think you're sweet" love. I'm talking about true deep love that a man and woman have for each other. I mean she wants to get married at the end of the show, so she'll have to be in love with the man, otherwise the marriage won't work well. Plus she's been through so much! She really does deserve to have the right life partner and settle with someone worthwhile! 😃
I'm a supporter/fan of hers, so I'm not trying to be mean or put her down. It's just a question that came into my head. I'd hate for her to think she's in love with one of the guys, get married to him, and then realize a few months later she's not in love! 😕 I hope that if she doesn't end up falling in love with any of them, that she just wait for the right person. It doesn't matter if it doesn't suit the format; it's two people's lives!
The reason I thought about this is because I have always heard that love grows stronger and deeper over time, so I was not sure if just a few weeks ,or however long the show is, is enough time.
Please feel free to post your comments, agree, or disagree! 😊
NO BASHING RAKHI OR EACH OTHER!

lol no it's not boring infact a gud question;
i think more than love rakhi is lukin for honesty, someone who won't use her to get success in life and then leave her. Her main goal is that she wants someone who loves her and sincerely wants to get married to her.
I don't think the main issue is of her falling in love with anyone, as yu said love grows with time, n i feel this show's not gonna go more than a couple of more weeks so no it's not enough time for falling in love but then again yu never know.. sometimes it takes years n other times it's just a matter of few seconds.. it's something that will happen with time n forsure no one can rush it.
Let's just hope she does end up finding a sincere guy in the remaining 7 candidates.
However i do disagree that she shouldn't get married, she chose to set a swayamvar and so she should get married to either one of them otherwise she'll be considered a liar n faker, so i believe this is one opportunity for Rakhi where she can prove all wrong n i think she should utilize it to the max. Even in old times, you get bound to like a contract because once in swayamvar, you have got to choose among the candidates and it's not so bad when they're lol getting moon for yu, walkin on fire, bending metal rods, singing, dancin, everythin.. so i think she should giv a chance to one.

Thanks for responding!!

You bring up a good point when you say that Rakhi might lose her creditibility if she doesn't get married. I just would rather her find someone right for her that is worth everything rather than forcing herself to marry because of her contract. You're right though that in olden times the princesses had to marry one of the suitors, so I guess if Rakhi is recreating the old tradition, then she should marry one of them.

Rakhi should not rush into a decision to satisfy the channel or whatever. She should consider carefully and make a wise decision😊 Easier said than done! Hope she does what's best for her and not what others want😊

Not sure it's enough time, but again as I have mentioned before, there are lots of bits and pieces which due to editing, we don't see, so we don't know how much time she is actually spending with them ...
Just want to see her get something positive in her life - she has been through so much!

I think that deep love will come with time. I don't think Rakhi or any of the contestants think that love is going to come in just a few weeks. But some kind of "love" or strong like does come. It's also known as a gut feeling.

But as Sakshi told Rakhi, "sirf dil se nahin, dimaag se bhi choose karna." So it's a choice based on compatibility and all these other things. In India generally, I think couples use "love" a little bit differently than they do here in the West. Sometimes people say "I love you" meaning "I really like you, would like to commit to you, and then fall in love with you" or something similar. In the West, people say "I love you" only when that deeper love has happened. If you think about it, this culture of love and commitment makes sense for India, because for a long time people had arranged marriages and they are primarily based on commitment and compatibility. So in that practice of choosing life partners, people value compatibility and commitment as choice. Not saying it's bettere here or there, but just pointing out the differences, and in each part of the world, there are different practices about how people do this stuff.

So I think Rakhi is going for a combination of arranged and love marriage. Arranged based on maximum compatibility for love, which will come later.

Hope that makes sense!

Thanks everyone for responding! Loved reading them! 😊
Yes, Arti! It makes a lot of sense actually. You bring up a good point that the phrase "I love you" in the West is for deep, true, and passionate love, while in India it's almost losely used for "I really like you." I guess living in USA makes me think of love only being that true and deep love, while in India they still really believe in love at first sight.
Either way though, I hope she finds someone really good! 😃
