Like others, i'll be done watching this serial if that happens, and i won't watch that first: first I'll read it here, and then watch if Sudha manages to get saved.
One asinine aspect of the 'realism' being claimed in this show: other nights, they show/showed Devika walking around in a mini-skirt, and nobody thinks of accosting here. I'm not suggesting that girls who dress like that are asking for it - far from it. However, girls who do go dressed that way are more likely to get cat-calls and other things, and more conspicuously the objects of attention - positive and negative - than those who dress like Sudha. Yet one is supposed to believe that all the nights Devika went out, nobody was around to do anything, and the one night Sudha goes out, she's kidnapped? 😲 What's the thinking here of these loons creatives - they assume that rapists avoid people they perceive as sluts, but go after seedhi-sadha people like Sudha?
I do hope she is rescued before the weekend, and that they do not leave this hanging over the weekend. As for rescuing her, I think it will need a combination of Uday, Devika and Deepu to overpower them all. But don't they have to think of a credible plot as to how Uday and Deepu find Devika/Sudha, or will the creatives just have them run into her at just the right moment?
