They started as an event management and film production way back in 1995 scaling new heights of success, GS Entertainment have now ventured into the diversified fields of television software development, ad films, music videos and celebrity management. Some of the biggest Hindi film shows in India and abroad have been co-ordinated, scripted and directed by GS Entertainment. In addition, they have produced films like Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya (1998). Hello Brother (2000), Maine Dil Tujhko Diya (2002) and the latest hit Ek Ajnabee. GS Entertainment is headed by Guneet Singh Walia aka Bunty Walia. An eminent businessman and a great visionary who has carved the company from a start up into a multinational organization. Jaspreet Walia aka Jassi, Executive Director, having majored in finance at Drexel University. USA and worked for SAP America and Carlin Equities as a business analyst, is now all set to drive GS Entertainment to new frontiers in the business of entertainment. As an event management they have more than 500 events worldwide to their credit and has instilled unrivalled expertise in them. An expertise, which has become the hallmark of GS events that helps them make the exact trade-off between entertainment and effects. That draws the fine line between good and fantastic. They have done Hindi film shows/world tours with Hindi film stars/corporate events/product launches/award nites/charity events/television production/star shows/international shows/wedding shows/musical nites/theme shows.

From conception to execution, GS Entertainment fulfills every aspect of an event which includes co-ordinating, scripting and directing the event - artiste sourcing and co-ordination, choreography and designing of acts - television production, ground management, to name a few.

The first GS film Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya (1998) proved to be the biggest success of the year. It starred Dharmendra, Salman Khan, Kajol, Arbaaz Khan and Anjala Zaveri. Having proved a hit combination by public consensus, Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan featured again with Rani Mukherjee in GS Entertainment's second Hindi feature film Hello Brother (2002) which was directed by Sohail Khan. Maine Dil Tujkho Diya (2002) a film that starred Kabir Bedi, Sanjay Dutt introduced Sohail Khan and Sameera Reddy and was directed by Sohail Khan. And the latest Amitabh Bachchan-Arjun Rampal starrer Ek Ajnabee directed by Apoorva Lakhia, is already making waves world-wide.

Their forthcoming films include Just Punjabi, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt which is again directed by Apoorva Lakhia and produced by Bunty and Jassi Walia. Next in the pipeline are Umeed - A Journey Of Hope, starring Sanjay Dutt and Abhishek Bachchan, produced by the duo. Inspired by true life events, the 1996 Malta Boat Tragedy, this is the story of a family from a rural village in Punjab. Baljit (Abhishek Bachchan) decides to immigrate to a European country to earn a better living, much against the wishes of his family. Yet, he unknowingly falls into an illegal human trafficking trap with hundreds of other young men. A horrific journey and a boat mishap on the high seas off the coast of Malta leads to the death and disappearance of the illegal immigrants. Amidst severe red tapeism, families are left clueless about the whereabouts of their sons.

Finally, a distraught elder brother Navjyot (Sanjay Dutt) sets out to unravel the truth and bring justice to the aggrieved families. Umeed is the tragic story of the journey of hope. A journey of dreams, that turns into a nightmare. A journey of a man in search of his brother whose disappearance he won't accept.
