I was juts thinking about the ending of the show and how shakuntala and dushyant will be reunited and this thought just came to me out of the blue. I know that the story will not end like this but i just thought to share this with you:
Dushyant is searching for Shakuntala in the forest when he suddenly sees Bharat running(towards the place where Shakuntala now lives). Although he does not know the child he recognizes him from the mandir. He also remembers that the child was woth shakuntala so there was a possibility he could lead him to Shakuntala. He therefore follows him and Bharat leads him to Shakuntala's kutia. He is about to approach the Kutia but then Shakuntala comes out taking Bharat with her. Duahyant is first confused about how to talk to Shakuntala. Finally he gets an inspiration and starts to put his plan together.

Shakuntala comes back from karan's kutia leaving karan with the responsibility of taking care of Bharat. When she enters her kutia she sees that her bed is covered with flowers and a letter is lying in the very middle. She picks up the letter and reads it. When she reads that the letter is from Dushyant she is about to throw it away but a hand stops her. when she looks behind her she sees Dushyant who says that he is very sorry for hurting her and he says that even these flowers he had placed on her bed were picked up from the ground not broken from trees. Shakuntala sees that Dushyant really remembers her and loves her very much. She accepts his apology and introduces him to Bharat.
Dushyant takes Shakuntala back to the ashram to meet her father who gives her his blessing and the family of three heads towards Hastinapur where they are welcomed by everyone.
