Tuesday June 30^th 2009 ' Episode Update

Retired sub registrar, aka Nakulan's father is welcomed by Sevvazhai's uncle. Sevvazhai who is seated on the floor in his Raja style pose wonders the reason for his sudden visit (aala paarthale rombha scary thaan ). He explains that he has come to invite his relatives who also live close by, so came here to invite Sevvazhai for the marriage and asks him to come to their house two days in advance to help run things at the wedding (😲😲Yov... yinnayaa, aapu neengalaave velaikku vaangureenga 😡). He walks up to Sevvazhai and hands the marriage invitee. In the sitting position, Sevvazhai accepts it and says he'll definitely come since this is like his veetu kalyanam while rotating the invitation in his hands. He doesn't notice any names. Sevvazhai's Maama asks about the bride, and Nakulan's father says Nakulan fell in love with her and they too liked her a lot, the help she did to them by making Nakulan a stronger man. Sevvazhai says she must be smart girl and wishes to see her (not us.. we dont'want you to see her 😡). Nakulan's father says he can definitely see the bride at the wedding. As Maama goes to send Nakulan's father off, Sevvazhai lies down and uses the invitation as a visiri (fan).

At Venkat's office, he is working. Suddenly, he gets a call from the front desk saying that a person by the name of Sakthi is here. He calls them in. Soon Sakthi walks into the room, followed by a man. Venkat slightly confused asks them to sit, and asks Sakthi if he has ever met the man 😕. Sakthi introduces Venkat to Nakulan and vice versa. Sakthi then adds that she has informed Nakulan about their past ' i.e. their love story (well done Sakthi 👏👏 glad you didn't hide it from him 👏). Venkat is slightly shocked, while Nakulan smiles (hmmm 😛... he def. Is very innocent! 😉) Venkat tells her it is all the past and that they should not dwell into it anymore since it all dictated by fate, and wonders if Nakulan is her friend. Sakthi agrees that he is her friend, since it is a must for her to be good friends with her to be husband 👏. Vekat is shocked yet again and asks why she mentioned about their past. Sakthi says they should not hide anything from each other 👏.

Venkat calls Kanjana in and tells the others that he feels elated to have lunch brought by her and hence that is why she brings his lunch for him 😳😳. Venkat then introduces Nakulan and Sakthi, the latter with much hesitation 😕. Sakthi greets him, but Kanjana stares at her 😲 (does she knwo venkat's past too 🤔?). To relax things, Venkat informs Kanchana of Sakthi's wedding, and Kanjana puts on a smile 😃. Soon Sakthi and Nakulan give them the invitation and take leave. Venkat tries to get them to eat with them, but the couple had other places to visit hence left. Venkat goes to send them off, while Kanchan lays out the food (ayoo enna nadakumo ?).

When Venkat comes back, Kanchana plays with the spoon and is deeply thinking about something. He walks slowly, and she requests him to eat before the food gets cold 😛. Just then Venkat tells her that this is the same Sakthi whose name he had uttered during their FN, adding that Sakthi and him were in love and the marriage had to be called off due to mismatch in horoscope (awww...he too is outuviding the matter now vaa? how will she take it 😕). He apologizes to Kanchana for not informing ahead of time, but he says he felt the need to say this thanks to Sakthi, since she had informed everything to Nakulan, without hiding anything 😛. Kanchana takes it sportively and says she is very much happy he told her 😳, adding that Sakthi is a great woman and she feels bad for reacting the way she did when they came 👏! She eagerly asks Venkat for a new pattu pudavai for Sakthi's wedding 😳😳. Venkat calls it his punishment and agrees to buy her 😆😆 (chance kidatcha kindal pannuveengalee 😉😆).

Rajasekar is getting ready in front of the mirror, while Lakshmi comes and scolds him for taking forever to get ready as if he is the maapillai. Rajasekar says when he got married 26 years ago, he only took 2 minutes to get ready, because he was very saddened (that he had to marry Lakshmi) 🤣 (ithu rombha too much paa 😆). They have their little cute fight and soon Kanchana joins them, who informs that Venkat is busy in a meeting. They take of to Ramakrishnan, one of Rajeshekar's close friend's, daughter's wedding. Watching them from outside are Ranjith and Ganthimathi. The duo tells Rajasekar and family that they'll take care of the family while they are away 😡 (I bet they are upto something). As Rajashekar starts the engine, it doesn't even after repeated tries. They all get down and Rajashekar asks Lakshmi to call their Maapillai to send the car. As Lakshmi gets the driver to get permission from Venkat (to take the car), in his work tension, Venkat asks them to go by auto or call taxi (oh god... not a good time now ). Lakshmi hears this but carefully tells the others that Maapilai has to go somewhere right after the meeting and hence suggests they take call taxi. Rajashekar isn't pleased and wonders what they can do since it will be a prestige issue 😕. Kanchana suggest they call the special company services. As she is about to make it, Ranjith says it is the same thing as call taxi 😡. Ganthimathi takes this moment to create a drift between Rajasekhar and Venkat 😡😡 (time paarthu bomb pottutaa ).
