http://www.india-forums.com/tellybuzz/article.asp?id=4943 I thought the elimination would start later but according to the report the first eliminated took place in the coming lil champ program Jun 26/09 According to the reports the first elimination was as accepted Debolina Haldar. Sorry Debolina and best of luck to you.

This was fair ellimination. She was not up to the mark last week.

I wonder who made the final decision, since the voting hasnt started yet... I guess she might return in the wild card round... Last week she was the weakest one, but then she wasnt feeling well either, and yet she didnt make that excuse... But if Shreyasi did have chicken pox, then she is really good that she sang so well despite all that...

This week she sang wonderful . I guess they couldn;t forget last weeks. Well, maybe another time for her.

Since I had chicken pox as an adult, I remember that at the onset and the first few days, you feel like the pits. And after some days you feel much better even though you look frightening. So we don't know if Debolina had chicken pox or what stage she was when the episode was filmed? But kudos to Shreyasi for singing so well.

Also I blanched when I saw Shreyasi shaking hands with Afsa. Her stage looked highly contagious.

She probably wasn't contagious...otherwise they wouldn't have let her come. Not to be disgusting, but the chicken pox had probably scabbed over by then, at which point, it is no longer contagious. For school, they allow you to return in that condition. And she was all cleared up this week. For Shreyasi, being sick didn't seem to hinder her at all.
