One of the questions in this promo was whether Jyoti would find out about Sudha's double life. In case it happens, and Uday too is there to witness it, and finds out at the same time, then his reaction would be worth watching. Since now, he would know more about her, since Jyoti doesn't know about Devika at all, while Uday got some insight into Sudha and may find out more from Jyoti.
I hope that such a scene happens sooner rather than later, so that in case Uday is angry, he'd have time and chance to make up w/ Sudhi, who would still be available for him, since she doesn't have any competing romatic interests. Of course, for that, she'd have to transform into Devika and be in a setting where Jyoti this time consciously catches her in the act. In the previous cases, Jyoti simply noticed her dancing and scolded her, since it reminded her of Sushma, and in the one before that, the night Sudha choked on spicy veg, Sudha had turned into Devika, asked Jyoti in English what was her problem, and told her that since she is sleeping, she prefers not to be disturbed, leaving Jyoti zapped. But there, Jyoti simply thought it was Sudha acting out, whereas this time, she'd have to see Sudha masquerade as someone else, w/ no memory of her or her family, to realize the magnitude of what's going on.
So what would be the next trigger for Sudha to become Devika? As it is, one of them is when she gets scolded, and the other being when she gets upset. Last time she was upset was when she confronted Jyoti over her suicide attempt, and now that she sees her father completely pissed @ Padma, that might upset her (not b'cos she likes Padma, but b'cos she doesn't like to see her father angry), and turn her into Devika. Except that this time, she'd not find Uday at home, and so would have to somehow or the other 'accidentally' run into him elsewhere.
Let's see how it plays out. But this is the part I want to see run thru in parallel w/ Jyoti's romance.
