For the females, Himani really stands out. She's an all-rounded singer and entertains. Bubbly and energetic. Just the kind of drive singers these days need to have.
For the males, both Vinit and Hem are good. But if I had to vote, I'd be voting for Hem for the following reasons:
-there's this irreplacable factor about Hem.
-Vinit's good but his voice is too common. He'd be a good substitute when Sonu Nigam retires. And I notice that there's too much of unnecessary hype abt this guy (yes, it's not his fault. it's Himesh's fault!) and he keeps performing last for most of the shows. Saving the best for the last? Hmmm. I don't think so. His performances are becoming so predictable and safe. Oh and that whole 'who's vinit's love?' saga is becoming really boring. And I'm beginning to feel that people may vote for him just to find out who his love his (cos he said if he wins he'll announce his love's name)
-Ppl say Hem sounds like S.P.Balasubramaniam. Maybe. Maybe not. There's this uniqueness about Hem. He has a voice of gold. And he oozes charm with the boyish smile of his. And when he did that resolution video.. Oh my.. I flipped! He's talented! Haha!
-Hem takes risks and does well. I could never imagine anyone else trying to sing Right Here Right Now from Bluffmaster or Woh Lamhe from Zeher other than the original singers but when Hem sang, he made his own and it was rocking! Hem's a gem. One of a kind!
Well, I'm not here to cause a controversy of sorts. Just felt like sharing my views. I wish all of them success in every turn. *smiles*
