Amrita Rao is not shy anymore
Whatever is happening to Amrita Rao these days? The Bitch wonders.
Suddenly she's become a prominent member at all the parties and award functions in town.
In fact, if she's not present , people think they've landed somewhere else. The girl has gone loony of late.
She's gone in for an image makeover. She, who was always clad from head to toe and the one who played the holy cow in 'Vivah' has become almost unrecognizable.
She's making the pancake company go bankrupt with the amount of make up she uses these days.
The gown (nightie) manufacturers are complaining of their stocks running out. And of course her short skirts are finally telling us ,' look I have legs too'.
Not only this, the chick has learnt the tricks of the trade to grab some attention. She's probably realized that her career may gain some mileage if she hooks up with someone.
So, the chosen one is Harman Baweja. But wasn't he seeing Piggy Chops? Well, he 'was'.Period.
One also hears she played catalyst in Harman Priyanka break up. And how can we forget the same for Shahid Kareena break up. We don't know how true this is but tongues don't wag for nothing.
Amrita seems to have become a break up specialist. What dum ya.
Anyway , her career plan has always been unpredictable. She works like the Barjatyas. One film in 10 years.
On one hand she gives us 'Vivah' and on the other a puke inducing 'My 'Name Is Anthony Gonsalves'. Utterly confused career moves.
And didn't we see her give a reasonably good performance in 'Welcome To Sajjanpur'?
Then why is she going back to doing roles where she'll get a song and two scenes . We're talking about Harman Baweja's (re launch vehicle) 'Victory'. Do we care?
We just want Amu to be herself and concentrate on good scripts. The makeover can chill, unless she wants to join the club of 'wannabes'.
