Looks like the Terrace which was soo different before eg the Karwa Chauth time has been made into a beautiful sitout and romantic place!!
I noticed that the phones have also been updated ( the one which Atul called Anjali )

HAs the canteen coffee break area also changed !!!

i think the karva chauth wala terrace was at Riddhima's house...if u r talking about the 2nd karva chauth...

but, its a new sanjeevani terrace altogether, from where u can't see the sky...it has got a roof on it...

looks like abhi has really worked hard to solve the financial crisis of sanjeevani. he is changing everything , from the cafeteria to the terrace to the interns , as well as his attitude!

One would think that includes saving money, rather than renovating the whole place, but who are we to say?
