What I don't get is why didn't Nihaal rush her to the hospital?

I know he might have been in shock and all, but watching someone you love and dear die right in front of you would get you adrealine pumping, why didn't he act upon this and run try to save her. Why'd he just stay there crying and holding her in his arms. Even after she "died" why'd he keep her in the house like that, why not call the cops or the doctor. They cal the doctor for a lil fever or something usually in soaps why not for a death.

Maybe he was in shock & didnt know what to do. And he has seen her die in his arms.😭😭 But look at Nihaal's kismat Just when he came to know that old woman wasnt his mom, he started to find his real parents. But by the time, he found them, they were already did 😭

He started to like a girl and later on got married. She treated him like trash 😡, aborted her own baby & blamed nihaal🥺. it went up to divorce but he wanted to give another chance to his marriage & veera realized her mistake.

He thought he would lead a new life from today & he came to his house, he saw his wife who is about to die & said that she loves him& he too loves her😭😭

i hate this serial now, the ppl in this serial are bunch of fools who dont know common sense. when someone is burnt you rush them to the hospital you dont sit there and talk to them.
disgusts me the ppl who write this serial must be bunch of retards
