Preet to die in Kis Desh post leap?

According to a source, "The show will be taking a leap of five years. There won't be many changes in the characters but yes, some new faces will be introduced. Secondly, post leap, Meher's husband Preet will die."



However, when Indya contacted Sushant he seemed to be surprised and unaware of this fact. He said, "This is news to me! I know that show is taking a leap, but I did not know that my character would be dying! I am still shooting for the show. If my character does die post the leap, I am going to miss my team! We are all quite close to each other. I will also miss my character a lot. Preet is 90% me. So of course I will be disappointed if this happens."

Apart from Kis Des, Sushant Singh Rajput is presently seen playing the main lead Manav in Pavitra Rishta (Zee TV).

Our source also added, "The hunt for new faces to enter the show post the leap is going on. No one has been finalised till now. Everything else remains undecided."

The leap is said to take place within a week.
