It is good that Yudhishthir has finally come out of the Hypnotic effect leashed on them by the Buas.

But why the hell he and Rani want others, in the family, to come out of that effect?

Aren't 'ever-ready-to-work' Rudra and Bhumi would prove to be assets for his kingdom? Yu-Ra can get rid of two servants if Ru-Mi keep on working like this. In the times of global recession, the best strategy would be to handover pink slips to non-performing servants in the palace and retain hypnotised Ru-Mi.

Isn't 'frozen-out-of-fear' Chhoti Rani would prove to be the ideal Saasu for our Rani?

Rishi, I know initially it will sound something what was need to take them out of spell.
But as Buas was intended to kill Rani using zombie Yudi, u never know how spell will turn
risky if other family members stays in spell. Its almost like taking care of your family
member. If your family member catch up with a cold for a week then probably you will not pay attention.
But if that cold continues for months then u will surely rush to doctor, isnt it?

Because Rishi, if everyone was to stay "under control", as it were, then who would cause problems for Rani and Yudi? Who would create the crises for them to solve? There would need to be new characters introduced and we don't do well with new characters, they all turn out to be murderers....
