Thank you for betraying your viewers once again ... thank you for making us understand that we should never watch a BT serial ever again! You took away our Premeer from us despite all the pleading ... all the loyalty we showed to the show ... all the fights we put in with star plus to ensure the show gets its due ... in return all we asked for was our Premeer to remain true to their characters and together ... but no we have realised now we the viewers don't matter to you so thank you for making us realise that! But remember we have lost nothing ... we have amazing memories of Premeer to keep in our hearts forever and those of HC and AG ... you and star plus would be the ultimate loosers because both of you did not care about your viewers! Good Luck on your way to destruction but don't blamme us you dug a hole for yourself 😊

What a horrible thing no? Frankly, there is no point in blaming the creatives. I think it is Ms. Kapoor who is on warpath here. And really, after the appalling insult that was meted out to her and her two shows on SP, can you really blame her? Our show, despite being #3 on SP, barely had any new promos coming out. God knows we had to fight for a silly thing like that also. Not to mention the recent fiasco at SPA. I don't even want to get started there...
I know her track record with all the K serials is against her. But I seriously think that before this business with SP blew up, she was really going to make KDMHMD a different show...because she had us, the audience to contend with. And if she is making serials like Bandhini, PR for other channels, she would not have done the same for SP? The channel that gave her the initial break? I refuse to believe otherwise.
What we are seeing now, is a deliberate attempt at sabotage by EK. She wants SP to axe this show. She knows what a pot of gold she has with HC/ AG and believe me, she will cast them in another show, for another channel...and probably in the time slot to rival the current top shows at SP...just to prove a point. And when I think of it from her perspective, to be treated like this by a channel that was #1 because of her shows, why should she take it lying down? I know I wouldn't. And if it means the actors, the show and the audience has to suffer...so be it. Of course...let me add...I wouldn't have been quite so ruthless about it. 😲
Ekta Kapoor knows very well that the audience has a short memory span. She is a master at spining tales...aware that if you have a story, there is always someone willing to watch.
I have a classic example. My mother, hailed from the KZK, KGGK era. She watched these shows till they ended..cribbed about the bizzare storyline, but watched it anyway. When KGGK ended, she told me she would never watch a BT soap again...used to watch Bidaai. And then colors was launched...she quit SP completely and watched BV and Jai Sri Krishna...and then stumbled upon Bandhini and now is hooked on to it, despite it being a BT show. In a matter of 1 year, her viewing has come a full circle, so to speak. And she is one...among a billion people. EK knows this very well...for every person that swears off BT...ten other suckers are born! Sad but true. Ultimately, it does not matter that the show suffers, the audience are bereft without their beloved characters...all that matters is winning.
I really feel bad for HC, AG and all the other actors who have give their time and effort into making this show...I sincerely hope that their talents are rewarded. For me, KDMHMD will always hold a special place in my heart...it was the first show I ever watched...fell in love with Prem-Heer...so inspired by their sheer poetic love that it compelled me to write...I have gained a lot and I pray that the two people who made Prem-Heer alive for me have all their dreams and wishes come true.
Wow...that was a long post. Don't know if I made sense or not...I have been meaning to get this out of my system ever since I read about the leap and about how the show is going now. Thanks for reading! 😊

Smita i agree with you ... audience does not matter thats the crux of it all ... if she wants to end it, i am fine with it but why destroy that characters we so dearly love? Why ruin our memories? I know its useless ... and i know i will not watch any BT show ever again ... except if one has HC and AG as leads against eachother, in that case i would be helpless! But i for one have lost all respect for both star plus and BT ... they are not professional!

They don't deserve the loyal viewers like us,, we love this show so much that Prem and Heer became a part of our daily lives,, I couldn't stop thinking abt them,,, But seems that we are the ones that are to be blamed for loving this show so so so much that it's difficult for us to see it go down the drain.. and all this is because of the political vibes goin on between the channel and the production house and we are made to suffer with the actors...
