Teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus sparked a debate on various gossip forums and shattered her clean cut image by joining the infamous body piercing league . Gossip forums on the web have been awash with speculations about the 16 year old's new nose piercing ever since the singer actress posted a picture of herself sporting a stud in her nose on a social networking site recently.

yea, i saw her photo on twitter she's lookin good she's wearing a round nose ring. it's not soo odd or bad, i don't think soo, coz here every second girl has her nose pierced n' now my grandmom is forcing me to pierce the nose.i'm not gonna....

I'm not a fan of Miley Cyrus, but I don't think nose piercing ruined her image. I think it's more of those inappropriate pics of her. She's not a very dignified or modest person, so it's not surprise. However, nose piercing is a part of Indian culture, but some orthodox westerners still view it as "bad" so maybe it did add to her bad image.
