Kiran wed Rinku on 1st March, 2001. It was a traditional Hindu marriage ceremony in the presence of few close family and friends.

Kiran wore a gold kurta pyjama and Rinku wore a silk salwar kameez. For the reception, Kiran wore a grey suit and Rinku a purple silk saree.
