No, Rituraj and Nandini are not cousins, if Rituraj is really Babloo.

Because when Gayatri and Bhabhimaa were discussing about inviting them, then Bhabimaa said that they are from Chhoti Dulhan's (Gayatri) parents' side, so they will surely be invited
