here is a version of" i dreamed a dream" song by ruthie henshall. susan boyle became world famous by singing this song in the auditions of BGT. the king feels ruthie is way better than susan. ruthie's voice is as beautiful as her looks.

i have heard both now, i like both but for me susan boyle is just that bit better she has an opera singer type of voice that suits the song alot better in my opinion

Ruthie reminds me of Julie Andrews

Susan boyle has more of an opera type singing voice...

Liked them both..Superb singing by both....

I truly like both.

Ruthie has a softer edge to hers, and maybe a little bit more expression.
Susan Boyle has kick butt vocals!

But the hype over Susan Boyle is that no one was expecting her to actually be good, and then when she opened her mouth, it's like...like ambrosia was pouring out of her mouth. haha.

If I'm really critical though, I'd have to pick Susan Boyle. I don't quite connect as much with the song when Ruthie sings as I do when Susan does. When Susan Boyle sings, I want to cry because it's s beautiful. Then again, I'm probably biased.

Way Susan sang has a magic. Loved it and it is very touching.

With proper practise with professionals she will come out very well in future.

yea i agree...

when they saw susan their interest was (-) 40%.. when she sang she gave productivity 80% but to them it was like 200% due to the rapid change in interest lol
