2nd June written update

Rana is at the Mandir pacing the grounds waiting for Padmini. Parents pacing one side of the living room to other kinda thing. Badal comes shouting his name. He narrates what happened to Padmini to Rana who gets very angry and draws his sword. Badal is about to set off with him but Rana refused and tells him to save Saudamini instead and he'll save Padmini. Badal insists that he'll save his sister because Padmini's only in trouble because of Rana. Aww, I told you he's so cute. Rana then says that if his sister's in trouble because of him then he should be allowed the opportunity to save her. He promises to save Padmini and that Badal should listen and trust him. I trust you! He then tells Badal to save Saudamini and inform everyone at the Mahel. Rana then sets off to save Padmini on his horse .

In Chittod, the Pandit introduced himself in front of Pratha where she asks him where her son is. He tells her he has no idea but she instigates further saying that her son has never left before without giving word to at least someone. Pandit still says he has no idea and Pratha tells him that she knows him well and how low graded he is and again asks him where Rana is. She's some powerful thing, very intimidating. Now we know where Rana got it from. Pandit then says that if she doesn't believe him then what should he do? Pratha then reveals that she found a kundali in Rana's possessions which has been written by him and throws the kundali on the floor besides his feet. Pratha then asks who's kundali is it. Pandit reveals that it's the kundali of a pretence bride and has nothing to do with the truth. Pratha then threatens that if she doesn't hear of Rana's whereabouts by the morning the she'll she...didn't understand the threat at all. Damn my lack of Hindi!

Gandharv shouts at Champavati saying why was she allowed to leave the Mahel that late in the night. Champavati assures him that she didn't allow Padmini and told her to wait till Vasant Panchami but she still went. Saudamini tells Gandharv that she forced Padmini to meet Rana but she had little idea that all this would happen. Padmini's mum blames all this on the swayamvar - Malkhan Singh was a loyal devotee before but now he's an enemy. Gandharv blames it all on Rana and that now his suspicion has turned to a fact that Rana is not worth Padmini. Gora interrupts saying that they can talk about this later but for now they must search for Padmini. He's a man with ticking brains cells you know.

At Malkhan place, Malkhan tells Padmini that not until he's fulfilled his promise he won't sit in peace. Padmini informs him that she saved him the swayamvar but Rana won't spare him. You betcha! She then tells him that if he's so sure that he'll win in against Rana, then he should lend her a sword as well and try to stop her otherwise he should stop calling himself a Kshatriya. Sorry, no can do, he's worried he'll loose to you...again. Malkhan then replies that he trusts the sword but he's not of them stupids who doesn't know how to take full advantage. Padmini raises her hand in refusal but Malkhan calls upon his servants and they fight her. At first she defeats them but then gets tied up.

Meanwhile Rana is riding towards them 😃. Malkhan tells Padmini that she should stop struggling because no one is going to hear her screams in this jungle. He then makes a move on her which she successfully evades. She again asks for a sword and that they should duel but he tells her that he'll surely win as no one's here to save her. Rana appears on the scene and stealthily kills all of Malhkan's guards one by one. Superhero on the loose! He then holds a sword against Malkhan's throat which shocks Malkhan that Rana made it there. Padmini tells Rana not to spare him. I second that. Rana and Malkhan duel outside the tent where other guards come to Malkhan's aid but Rana successfully kills them all. He's just about to kill Malkhan when he reminds him that it's a Rajput rule that a Rajputs can't hurt thr unarmed. Gora arrives on the scene and both him and Padmini tell him to kill Malkhan but Rana refuses saying he can't break the Ratput rule and releases Malkhan 😕. Malkhan leaves but Padmini tells Rana that Malkhan threw away his sword on purpose so that he can escape. Rana corrects her saying that all this is his fault. If he didn't insist on seeing her then none of this would've happened. Now he understand why that can't meet each other until 4 days time and tells her that she should return to the Mahel and they'll meet in 4 days. Oh no!

Precap - Gora is asking Rana why he spared Malkhan's life but Rana replies that he couldn't do much as the Rajput rules are more dear to him than his life. Champavati tells Gandharv that all this time he was doubtful of Rana but now even she has warmed up to him. Same here.
