Our masakalli has proved again that the covers of magazines just need her. Gorgeous Sonam Kapoor graces the cover of the Indian edition of one of the world's oldest fashion magazines, Harper's Bazaar.

Sonam looks dazzling in a vintage classy style, very much like her personality, in the June edition of the magazine. The spread has Sonam wearing outfits mostly by international designers like Pucci, LV and Marc Jacobs. She's bejeweled in lot of Cartier accessories.

The actress is shot by ace fashion lensman Atul Kasbekar at the magnificent Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. The spread also has a candid interview with the beauty, along with her dazzling retro-style stills.

The eldest daughter of Anil Kapoor , Sonam has never tried to take advantage of her filmi background. The girl just stopped taking money from her parents and became independent ever since she turned 18.

"I like the silliness in life, I like the romance in life," says the actress, who still wants to "stop and smell the roses as so many forget to do. I want to believe in all that, but at the same time, I have this practical side which means that I need to make myself think beyond all this."

Sonam, who loves to read Oscar Wilde and Chekhov, doesn't have a man in her life, contrary to rumours about an affair with a small-time actor. She loves to dress up in all kinds of clothes – be it the haute couture or togs picked up from street-side vendors.
