Riddhima, niki was sitting sitting in canteen from last half hour…
R: to kal surgery ka experience kaisa raha madam???
Ni: theek tha, actually pehle darr lag raha tha par dheere dheere confidence badta gaya, aur jab wo nanhi si gudiya mere haatho mai aayi to aisa laga jaise mai 9th cloud par pahunch gayi hun… mera doctor ban na safal ho gaya ho, tune gudiya ko dekha hai??
R: haan, bahut hi sweet hai…. Prachi aur ritu ne bhi routine check-up ke liye aana tha, pata nahi kab tak aayengi…
Ni: shaam ko aayengi, meri aaj subahi hi unse baat hui hai… keh rahi thi tumse aur armaan se mil lengi..
R: okk
Ni: waise ye armaan kaha hai, subah se dikha hi nahi??
R: mujhe kya pata, mai to abhi abhi surgery karke aayi thi…
Ni: tere mood ko kya ho gaya??? Sudden change, abhi to theek thi aur ek dum se gussa chad gaya???
R: nahi, aisi koi baat nahi hai…
Ni: khair chod usse, ye bata ki kal ka kya program hai???
R: kyun ab kal kya hai??
Ni: don't tell me tujhe yaad nahi hai ki kal Christmas hai, yaad hai last year hum sab dinner par gaye the phir church bhi gaye the….
A: (entering in canteen, followed by sanjana) To iss baar bhi jayenge…
Ni: (smiled) lo aa gaya armaan… aaja baith, abhi mai tere baare mai hi puch rahi thi riddhima se…. (armaan settled next to riddhima, sanjana tried to grab the chair before him, but remained unsuccessful this time)
R: niki mai tujhse baad mai miltii hun, mujhe kuch kaam hai..
Ni: par kuch kha to le..
R: nahi mujhe bhuk nahi hai…
Ni: tune subah se kuch nahi khaya, aate hi O.T mai ghus gayi thi, to thoda to kuch kha le…
R: nahi niki mujhe seriously bhuk nahi hai… (tried to get up but again settled down)
A: (looking her) bhuk nahi bhi hai to jabardasti kha lo, nahi to patients ka check-up nahi
kar paogi…
R: don't worry mai aaram se patients ka check-up kar sakti hun, aur ek din nahi khaungi to mar nahi jaungi….(trying hard to free her hand from his hand, that was held by him under the table)
A: marogi nahi, par bimar jarur pad jaogi…
R: kabhi kabhi bimar hona bhi theek rehta hai…. Let me go….
A: challi jaana par kuch khakar….
Sa: armaan agar wo kuch nahi khana chahti to kyu jabardasti khilla rahe ho usse, jab uska mann hoga, wo khud kha legi….
A: wo khud kabhi nahi khayegi sanjana…
Sa: wo keh rahi hai na jab bhuk lagegi wo kha legi, wo paagal nahi hai jo bhuk lage aur na khaye…
A: (little irritated) sanjana I know her better yaar.. wo paagal hai tabhi usne raat se kuch nahi khaya…
R: nahi armaan, maine subah breakfast kiya hai,wo bhi apne favorite prantho ka, sanjana sahi keh rahi hai mai paagal nahi hun jo mai bhuki rahungi aur waise bhi bhuke rehne ke liye koi reason bhi to hona chahiye…
Sa: dekha maine kaha tha na….
A: (placed her hand on his head) swear me…
R: armaan please…. (she tried to take her hand back) sab dekh rahe hai….
A: (looking in her eyes) to kya farak padta hai riddhima.. swear me ki tumne raat ko proper dinner aur subah proper breakfast liya tha… I promise uske baad mai tumhe nahi rokunga, phir jab tumhara mann ho tab kha lena… (riddhima looked down) kya samjhun mai haan ya na???? (riddhima didn't say anything but pulled her hand.., armaan looked at sanjana as if saying maine kaha tha na mai usse jayda jaanta hun, then took glass of water) paaniii… (looking at riddhima who was still struggling for her hand that was tightly held by armaan)
R: mujhe please jaane do, mujhe bhuk nahi lag rahi hai…
A: riddhima tum kuch bhi kar lo par yaha se khaaye bina nahi jaogi…
R: armaan ye kaisa jiddipan hai, maine kaha na ki mujhe nahi khana kuch…
Sa: are yaar chod do na usse, jab wo abhi nahi khana chahti..
A: sanjana please… ye mera aur riddhima ka matter hai, and we know better how to handle it… (sanjana makes face, but this time she seriously can't interfere as she had seen irritation and anger in armaan's eyes, she thought agar iss baar kuch boli to kahi bana banaya game na bigad jaye, better mai yaha chup chap baithi rahun, niki got up thinking inhe akela chod dena chahiye, in between waiter placed one plate of rajma chawal..)
Armaan took spoon and bring it near her mouth..
A: riddhima muh kholo…
R: ye achi man maani hai tumhari armaan, khud ka mann kiya to gussa hue baithe rahe aur khud ka mann kiya to kissi aashiq ki tarah aakar baith gaye aur jabardasti khaana khilane lage…
A: mai kab gussa baitha tha, maine to tumhe thodi der baad hi..(sanjana bites her tongue)
Sa: (cutting him in between) riddhima iss se pehle armaan tumhari dress ko feed kare tum kha lo…waise bhi khaana thanda ho raha hai, aur haan ab jab tumhara patch-up ho hi gaya hai to kyu na party ho jaaye…
A: party to kal karienge, kal Christmas hai…. Ab basket jaldi se muh kholo, mujhse ab bhuk bardash nahi ho rahi, subah se kuch nahi khaya maine… (riddhima makes little face but then opened her mouth, then feed armaan) tumhari surgery kaisi rahi???
R: acha tumhe yaad tha ki aaj surgery hai???
A: to isme hairan hone waali kya baat hai?? Maine subah tumhe all the best ka note…
Sa: riddhima aaj surgery bahut tough thi kya???
R: haan thodi si, but patient theek hai ab, out of danger hai….
A: well done basket…
R: thanks…
sanjana took a breathe of relaxation, thinking abhi saari game khatam ho jaati agar riddhima ko pata chalta ki armaan ne usse subah se 4 note bheje hai, pehla gudmorning wish ka, dusra breakfast ke liye, teesra all the best kehne ke liye, aur 4th ye kehne ke liye ki I'm waiting for you in fire escape, bas bahut lambi ladai ho gayi yaar, ab to aa jao, bhuk bhi lagi hai... aur armaan ko pata chalta ki riddhima bhi usse subah se 3 notes bhej chukki hai pehla gudmrng ka, dusra breakfast ke liye aur teesra O.T mai jaane se pehle luck wishes lene ke liye.. god inke saath game bahut soch samajhkar khelni padegi, atlast inka patch-up ho hi gaya, kitni koshish kari thi armaan aur riddhima ek saath na mile but… anyways aag abhi bhi nahi bhuji hai, bas mujhe bhujne se pehle fuel add karte rehna hai…
Sanjna relaxed herself with this thought but from morning one thing was disturbing her a lot in one side of her heart she was still wondering armaan ne riddhima ko notes bheje ye to mai phir bhi digest kar sakti hun, par riddhima ka reaction mujhse bilkul bhi digest nahi ho raha, raat ko bhi uska reaction jayda loud nahi tha, na hi usne jayda objection kari, nahi to usse armaan ki achi class leni chahiye iss baat ke liye ki usse taiyar karke wo kissi aur ke saath movie dekhne kaise challa gaya, infact usne soch hi kaise liya kissi aur ke saath jaane ke baare mai, par iss baare mai to kya baat karni madam ji ka ladai ka topic hi ye tha ki cell kyu off kiya aur use batakar kyu gaye, ajeeb si ladki hai…
Aur phir itna rude message padne ke baad bhi armaan ko subah subah gudmrng note bhej diya, kaiseee.. mai soch rahi thi ab jayda mehnat nahi karni padegi, 4-5 dino tak inme koi baat nahi hogi, par strange uska reaction phir bahut calm tha, the least expected... mujhe to ye ladki hi abnormal lagti hai, ya wo armaan se pyar hi nahi karti, tabhi usse kissi cheez ka koi farak nahi padta, itna bhi koi dumb kaise ho sakta hai.. anyways kab tak calm rahegi lets see…
A: sanjana ab tumhe kya ho gaya, kahan kho gayi????(waving hands in front of her eyes)
R: apne unke khyalo mai khoi hogi, haina…(she giggled..)
Sa: (fumed in heart yet smiled) nahi aisa kuch nahi hai…..
R: aawww sharam aa gai tumhe….
Sa: isme sharam ki kya baat hai, mai bas apne patient ke baare mai soch rahi thi…. (in between armaan winked at riddhima, she blushed, then showed him eyes)
R: mai ab baad mai milti hun..
A: haan to jao, kisne roka hai….
R: (muttered) bataun kisne roka hai????
A: haan batao.. (little loud)
Riddhima raised her hand that was held by armaan, armaan bites his tongue, atlast relieving her, riddhima smiled, turned to go, but armaan again holds her hand..
R: ab kya hai armaan????
A: ab mujhse naaraj to nahi ho????
R: nahi baba… (though in heart still wants to clarify many things but thinking she'll ask at night) armaan cupped her face and plants kiss on her forehead, sanjana was totally red with anger… atlast riddhima left….
That day passed like this, sanjana was not getting idea what to play next… but still she didn't let them spending time alone….
it's 6o'clock in morning, armaan was feeling very tired but still looking here and there for riddhima, coz from past 7 hours he'd seen her for he was busy in checking patients and one surgery… and riddhima was not allowed to interrupt in between or to help armaan in any way as sanjana is present to help him as second doctor, so there trick of spending time with each other besides different timings failed…and due to last week of the month as well as year strictness is very tough… this made sanjana relaxed also as during working hours armaan and riddhima can't meet…
Armaan enters in canteen followed by sanjana, where riddhima was already waiting….
A: (a wide smile covers his lips) oe basket tum yaha ho maine tumhe saare sanjeevani mai dhund liya…
R: merry Christmas armaaannn…….
A: (giggled) merry Christmas 2 u 2 basket.. (hugging her tightly)
R: merry Christmas sanjana…
Sa: merry Christmas riddhima, (turning to armaan and hugging him tightly) merry Christmas armaan, batao hum raat ke 12 baje se saath hai par abhi tak wish nahi kiya ek dusre ko, budhu kahhin ke… (slightly hitting him on back, armaan moved little back from sanjana feeling slight awkward, sanajana looked at riddhima and tried to read her expressions…)
A: (standing next to riddhima and holding her hand) tum ghar nahi gayi riddhima???
R: kyun???
A: maine tumhe kaha tha na ki tum ghar par challi jaana, wahan aaram se rest karna..
R: (looking in his eyes) kya tum sach mai chahte the ki mai ghar challi jaun??
Sa: (before letting her complete) ohh shit, phir bhul gayi... mai armaan tumhare liye kuch layi thi…..(armaan looked questionably at her) are yaar tumhe chocolate cake bahut pasand haina, aur aaj merry Christmas bhi hai, to kal raat hi mai pack karwa layi thi cake tumhare liye….(riddhima felt slight jealous, how come she knew about his likes)
A: waoooo… that's great, par cake hai kahan??? Lekar aa jaldi se, phir hum teeno khaate hai..
R: phir isse hum ghar jaakar kaat lenge…(armaan looked questionably at her, riddhima point with eyes in one direction, armaan was surprised to seee Christmas tree made of chocolate cake, and with white cream it's written merry Christmas armaan)
A: (mumbled) wonderful, lovely… (he gave her side hug) thanks riddhima… bahut sundar cake hai, aur hum isse ghar jaakar kyu kaatege, abhi kaatenge, yehi par..
R: par phir sanjana ke cake ka kya hoga????
A: uska cake bhi kaat lenge, par pehle yehi cake katega …
R: par..
A: riddhima isme koi doubt hai hi nahi to kyu apni energy waste kar rahi ho, har haalat mai yehi cake katega…(riddhima placed her hand on his mouth)
R: shut up armaan, mai kuch bol sakti hun, saara din khud ki chak chak hi nahi khatam hoti, mai ye keh rahi thi ki mai knife laana bhul gayi hun, cake kaise kaatoge??? (she dropped her hand)
A: ohhhhh… tum ye kehna chahti thi..(he felt little embarrassed)
R: ab cake kaat lein???
Armaan nodded, riddhima goes to bring that cake, while coming her foot slightly slipped and she twisted mumbling armaaaannnn… armaan quickly holds her from her tummy, but cake fell down….riddhima looked at cake feeling bad… armaan was too feeling bad..
A: sanjana tum to riddhima ke pass hi khadi thi usse bataya kyun nahi ki niche paani gira hua hai???
Sa: maine bhi abhi dekha tha armaan, nahi to mai usse jarur bata deti…
R: it's ok armaan, ho jaata hai kabhi kabhi…
A: par cake ka kya hoga, tum kitne pyar se layi thi…
R: kuch nahi hota.. abhi sanjana ka cake baaki hai, hum usse kaat lete hai..
Sanjana smiled and thought tumne socha bhi kaise ki mere cake ki insult karke pehle riddhima ka laya hua cake kaatoge, bechara cake jameen ko pyara ho gaya, atlast mera cake hi katega, thanks to me and my mind…… jo tumse dhoka khane ke baad kaafi tez ho gaya hai
Sanjana bring the cake, armaan holds the knife and asked riddhima to hold along with him, but before her sanjana quickly placed her hand on his hand, then riddhima placed her hand, after cutting it, sanjana took the piece and feeded armaan, armaan took the piece and wants to feed riddhima but sanjana came in between so that the piece was in her mouth… armaan took another piece to feed riddhima but again interrupted by nurses and wardboys whom sanjana had invited, in short neither riddhima nor armaan was able to feed each other, both felt bad…

whole day passed riddhima remained busy in duties and sanjana remained with armaan the whole day, at night all of them went to church means their group of 8 and sanjana, they dropped the plan of dinner as they have very less time..
In church everyone took their own candles, but like last time AR took 1 candle, sanjana asked armaan where is his candle, he said riddhima ke pass hai, sanjana said but uske pass to ek hi candle hai, armaan said to hum bhi to ek hi hai, isliye ek hi candle jalayeinge, sanjana fumed when heard his words, thinking ye acha mauka hai, agar armaan riddhima ki candle chodkar mere saath candle jalaye to riddhima to jal bhun jayegi….
Armaan, riddhima went near the altar for lightning candle, sanjana also followed them.. ritu had already given them strict instructions that we'll wait for you only 5 minutes, like last time if you start romancing at altar then we'll go, AR slightly laughed and slightly blushed….
Riddhima asked armaan to hold candle, arman nodded and hold candle from back, before lightning candle riddhima turned and looked at armaan , then his other hand, armaan asked with eyes kya hua, riddhima shaked her head slightly and took his other hand and placed on her tummy, enveloping herself in his arms and placed her hand over his hand on tummy, slightly moved back such that hers body was slightly pressed against his body.. armaan smiled and tightened his grip around her more, then placed his chin on her shoulder, both moved their hands forward for lightening the candle,
A: (mumbled) do you know that I love you so much????
R: and do you know that.. (on the verge of burning candle)
Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhh……..
Armaan, riddhima came back in world, armaan turned and saw sanjana's fingure burned with candle,
A: (getting apart from riddhima) sanjanaa.. dhyan se… (shifting towards sanjana) dikhao.
Sa: aahh bahut pain ho raha hai…..
A: itni to ungli jail bhi nahi hai, jitna tum chilla rahi ho..
Sa: par dard to ho raha haina, aur ab mai candle kaise jalaungi??
A: sanjana chot 1 ungli par lagi hai, pure haath par nahi….
Sa: mujhse ungli mud nahi rahi hai, please tum help kar do na, ye candle jalakar de do, phir mai rakh dungi, waise bhi yaha itni candles padi hai, kahin phir se na haath jal jaaye, pleaseeee….
Armaan took candle and said tumhe to theek se candle bhi jalani nahi aati sanjana… he bends down for lightning the candle, on the verge of lightning but surprised when sanjana placed her hand over his, he looked at her but she was looking at the candle trying to ignore him, armaan tried to free his hand, but her grip around his hand didn't let him escape, on other side riddhima who was standing next to him was also shocked when she saw this scene, armaan's struggling for getting his hand free was unknown to her as it was covered by sanjana's hand, as per expected she felt really bad, sanjana placed candle on altar and finally freed armaan's hand.... (armaan looked at sanjana, he wants to say but before that..)
Sa: armaan candle jalate waqt usspar mera haath bhi to lagna jaruri tha, nahi to meri wish puri na hoti…
A: sanjana are you mad??? Agar tum candle jalana chahti thi to mujhe kyu kaha… (and before her answer he turned back to find riddhima, but she's not there, he went out searching for her, she was standing near the car..)
A: riddhima tum yaha kya kar rahi ho, candle nahi jalani kya???
R: armaan maine candle jalakar rakh di, tum sanjana ke saath candle jala rahe the(tried hard to remain calm) isliye maine khud hi candle jala di…
A: meri wait bhi nahi ki riddhima, hum dono ki ek hi candle thi na…
R: itna time nahi tha armaan ki tumhari wait kar sakun, I mean ritu aur bhi wait kar rahe the, aur waise bhi candle jalani jaruri thi kya farak padta hai mere saath jalayi ya sanjana ke saath… (while speaking her name she just tightens her teeth, she was trying hard to control her tears as she was really feeling very bad, since morning pehle cake girna, phir ek-dusre ko cake na khilla paana, aur ab candle… she was really feeling bad)
A: ofcourse farak padta hai riddhima, mai to sanjana ki help karna chahta tha, par wo..
R: (cutting him In between) ohh ho armaan why are you taking it seriously… lets move to sanjeevani, your duty timings has already started…(she settled herself in car)
Armaan opened her door and pulled out riddhima.. riddhima looked at him…
A: ofcourse it's serious riddhima, waapis challo hum dusri candle jalakar aayenge, candle jalaye bina hum kahi nahi jayenge…
R: armaan humne candle already jala li hai…
A: yaha koi aisa rule nahi likha hua hai ki hum 1 se jayda candles nahi jala sakte aur tumne candle jala li hogi par maine abhi tak ek bhi candle nahi jalai hai, aur wo jo sanjana ke saath candle jalai thi wo candle sirf uski thi aur uske liye hi jalai thi, meri apni ek bhi feeling aur ek bhi wish uss candle se nahi judi thi...Agar yakeen na ho to jeus se bhi puch lo …
R: armaan kyu jid kar rahe ho???
A: yehi to mai bhi keh raha hun, kyu jid kar rahi ho.. ofcourse hamare ek saath candle jalaye bina jeus hamari wishes accept nahi kareinge, last time humne promise kiya tha na ki hum har saal saath saath candle jalayenge…
R: promises are made to be broken…(she tried to laugh)
A: to tum aise nahi manogi… last time puch raha hun, andar challogi ya nahi???
R: armaan dr. keerti se daant pad jayegi, I think we should go,( she again tried to open the door, and this time armaan lifted her up in his arms…) aaahhhh.. armaan kya kar rahe ho, chodo mujhe, sab dekh rahe hai…
A: to apni biwi ko hi utha rakha hai kissi aur ko nahi, aur tum aise to maan ne waali thi nahi to majburan mujhe ye karna pada…(riddhima atlast stopped struggling) that's like a gud girl…
Atlast both lightened the candle together, but there was no charm like before, riddhima was still feeling bad…after that they came back in hospital… next day passed with slight tension between AR, workload has also increased so both didn't got time for chatting, sanjana was still keeping eye on them…
27th December did the work of fuel in their relation, as on that day it was dr.keerti and dr. shubhankar wedding anniversary, so they planned to give dance party to their interns…
Riddhima had already left with rohit and niki as her duty was over and dr. keerti also asked her to come little early so that she could help in checking arrangements…
After 1 hour armaan also got ready, when sanjana asked him if she could go with him, armaan said ok, as soon as they reached at party, armaan after wishing dr. keerti and dr. shubhankar moved in search of water, riddhima was arranging cake table for them, and asked dr. keerti and dr. shubhankar to come and cut the cake, sanjana looked around and checked whether armaan is there or not, when she found him missing. She took the benefit and moved towards dr.keerti and dr. shubhankar and wished them with a gift, and added ye mere aur armaan ki taraf se hai… riddhima who was taking knife stopped at an instant and was surprised, armaan aur sanjana ek saath gift, kyu??? But then washed the topic….
Armaan jumped on dance floor asking riddhima to join, she said she will join after sometime, sanjana jumped with him, half hour was quiet normal, but then sanjana start moving close to armaan, sometimes taking hands in her hands, sometimes placing them on her tummy, sometimes on side tummy…. Armaan felt very-2 awkward with this closeness, infact he'd never danced that much close with riddhima also, they danced but very sincerely that looks very cute and suits on them..
but at present his dance with sanjana was not looking good at all, it was going in cheap, armaan was himself feeling cheap, then what would others be thinking, he thought… and tried to move away, but sanjana was not leaving him, armaan very decently tried to detangled his hand and looked around for riddhima…. As he wants to dance with her and her only, today for the first time he's feeling that much awkward while dancing… he found her sitting alone on chair, he quickly wants to rush to her, but due to rush on floor he's not able to move a bit, and soon romantic numbers started, all start dancing in pairs, armaan asked riddhima to come on floor but she didn't reply, and he turned in surprise when found sanjana's hand on his shoulder and second hand entangled in his, she started moving here and there, but armaan didn't move…
Sa: kya hua tum dance kyu nahi kar rahe ho??
A: sanjana mera dance karne ka mann nahi karna, I want to go, please…
Sa: come on yaar, tujhe to dance karna bahut acha lagta tha, kitna dance kiya karta tha…
A: yeah.. ab bhi acha lagta hai par riddhima ke saath specially these kind of songs, I really enjoy her company, wo dance karti hi itna acha hai ???(detangled his hands)
Sa: kyaaa????? (moving her ears near his lips) actually sound ke kaaran sunai nahi de raha….
A: (little shouted) nothing, I just want to go down…(sanjana start laughing very loudly) ab tum aise pagalo ki tarah kyu hass rahi ho???
Sa: bas waise hi kuch yaad aa gaya tha, theek hai tum jao…
A: thanks…. (he quickly turned and was surprised when he found riddhima's missing)
Whereas sanjana smiled victoriously, armaan when moved down from floor, someone said aap bahut acha dance karte hai, armaan on the verge of thanking him but before that he added aur aapki girl friend bhi, bahut ache lag rahe the aap dono saath mai dance karte hue… armaan was surprised…
A: she's not my girl friend, she's just a friend..
Stranger: ohh I'm sorry, par aapko dekhkar aisa lag raha tha that you're in love…
A: ji nahi, I'm already married and love only my wi…
Stranger: (cutting him) are you married???? It's surprising, aapki wife jarur ghar par hongi..
A: nahi wo yaha aayi hui hai, abhi yehi thi, pata nahi kaha challi gayi…
Stranger: waoo man, apni wife ke saamne hi kissi aur ke saath itna close dance… guts…lagta hai tumhe pitne se darr nahi lagta.. (he laughed)
Armaan excused himself.. and moved out of restaurant, searching riddhima….
In between riddhima came out of restaurant, few steps of sanjana and armaan on dance floor was making her feel awkward again and again and in between shashank and anjali's taunt..
Sh: dekho anjali wo dance floor par, kitna pyara dance kar rahe hai wo couple… (while sitting on chairs, little far from riddhima and in that voice that was audible to riddhima.)
An: really dad, itna acha dance to atul aur mai bhi nahi karte, par iss ladke ki shakal jaani pehchani si kyu lag rahi hai..
Sh: acha…(little surprised)
An: haan armaan jaisi si shakal lag rahi hai…
Sh: kya keh rahi ho, ye armaan hai…nahi anjali tumhe galat fehmi hui hogi, agar armaan hota to apni wife jisse wo bahut pyar karta hai, jiske bina ek pal bhi nahi reh sakta, uske saath dance karta, par ye ladki to uski patni jaisi nahi lag rahi…
An: kya pata, ab isse patni banane ke mood mai ho…
Sh: ohhhh…. Phir pehli ka kya hoga???
An: saja to milni hi thi usse, apne parivaar ko chodkar gayi thi, apne pita ko rulakar gayi thi, ab pata challega jab apne husband se dhoka millega, apne pariwaar ko to usne khud choda tha, aur ab uska pati chod dega, kahi ki nahi rahegi…
Sh: I really feel pity on her, kyu usne apne papa ki baat nahi suni, kya laga tha usse ki uske papa se jayda wo hoshiyar hai, pata nahi bache itne nasamjhi kaise kar dete hai, aur apne paer par khud kulhaddi maar kar baith jaate hai, ab apni nasamjhi ke kaaran kar li na apni jindagi kharab, reh gayi na akeli, tanha…..
Riddhima atlast got up from her seat, she first thought to reply them and shut their mouths, but they had not said all this directly to her, thn how can she reply them and before talking them, she wants to talk to armaan and wants to ask what's happening, she looked at armaan but fumed when saw sanjana's hand on his shoulder and laughing her like hell, and atlast she left from there, thinking armaan ko ho kya gaya hai, kyu itna badla badla behave kar raha hai……..
She felt someone's hand on her shoulder, she didn't turn and neither she uttered a word..…
A:kya hua tum bahar kyu aa gai??? (she didn't reply) riddhimaa…
R: armaan tum mujhse kitna pyar karte ho??? (still lost)
A: riddhimaaa…….
R: armaan mai jayda complicated ho gayi hun jo tum mujhe samajh nahi paa rahe ho ya phir sach mai tumne samajhna chod diya hai, kaun change hua hai???
A: riddhima tum ye kya keh rahi ho???
R: sahi to keh rahi hun na, tabhi to shayad tum samajh nahi paate ki mai tumhare saath time kyu spend karna chahti hun, ya shayad mai hi tumhe nahi samjha paati… kuch to hua haina…
A: please kuch clear to karo, sab kuch uljha rahi ho, isliye mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha??? ofcourse mai bhi tumhare saath time spend karna chahta hun….par
Sa: (from back) armaaan…
R: (looking sanjana) clear karne ke liye time chahiye hota hai, jo shayad ab tumhare pass bilkul nahi hai…(slight taunt)
A: sanjana please thodi der hum akela reh sakte hai, tum andar jao, party enjoy karo…
Sa: nahi armaan bahut urgent hai, hospital se phone aaya hai abhi challo…(she holds his hand) riddhima turned to go..
A: kaha ja rahi ho riddhima..
R: aapki sanjana bula rahi hai aapko, aap jaoge nahi?? (she left, armaan kept on looking at her retreating figure, and sanjana smiled in heart, armaan felt bad, he tried to go behind her,)
Sa: theek hai agar jaana chahte ho to dr. keerti se permission le lo…(armaan thought that he'll ask dr. keerti but, she refused as his patient's condition was critical and no one could replace him at present, so he moved to hospital though very forcefully…)
Sanjana was thanking god from the core of her heart, thanks god I know aap bhi mere saath hai aur chahte hai ki armaan suffer kare, usse punishment mile, tabhi to aap meri itni help kar rahe hai, har cheez mere according chal rahi hai, har cheez….
Around 5 o'clock in morning he got time for breathing as his patient urgently needs surgery and that too very long… when he came out, his first thought was riddhima, then mumbled par wo aaj hospital nahi aayi hogi, bahut gussa thi na mujhse, seriously usse mai bilkul time nahi de raha hun… ek to pata nahi dr. keerti ne riddhima ko meri help karne se kyu rok diya hai, nahi to hamari kaam karte karte hi kitni baatein ho jaya karti thi, sanjana aa gayi hai to kya hua, wo kuch aur kaam kar le, jaruri hai hum eek saath duty deni, pehle mai aur riddhima kitni peacefully duties karte the, pata nahi ab kya ho gaya hai…
Next 2 days there was hardly any conversation between AR, though riddhima always stays at night in hospital, finally 30th December came, whole day was almost like previous days, armaan tries hard to maintain distance with sanjana and sanjana too didn't go close to him, for her motive was almost complete, AR was not talking very much, but whenever they talk, sanjana always tried to remain close to armaan…
On 30th December…
Armaan got free at 2 o'clock, he thought to chat with riddhima now and to take a quick nap with her like before, he got up from his bench..
Sa: kaha jaa rahe ho???
A: bas aise hi??? (sanjana still looking questionably at him) mai fire escape mai jar aha hun, abhi 1-1:30 ghanta free hai to riddhima ke saath thoda time spend kar leta hun..
Sa: armaan are you mad???
A: kyu?? Kya hua???
Sa: armaan tum apne kaaran uski neend kyu disturb kar rahe ho??? Aaj ka din bhi kitna hectic tha aur kal to waise hi hectic rehne waala hai aur kal raat ko party bhi hai, agar usne ab rest na kiya to wo kal saara din pareshan rahegi, bas 1 din ki baat aur reh gayi hai 1st ya 2nd se karte rehna uss se jitni baatein karni hai, but for this time I would suggest you not to wake her up..
A: par wo abhi soyi nahi hogi…
Sa: mai abhi abhi wahin se aa rahi hun, wo so rahi hai, aur sirf 1 ghante ke kaaran uski neend bilkul na disturb karna, warna tumhe pata hi hai ek baar aankh khul gayi to phir nahi neend aati….
A: to theek hai, mai usse nahi jagaunga.. (sanjana felt little relieved) par uske pass so to sakta hun na… (he turned to go)
Sa: haan taaki jab tumhara pager baje to uski aankh bhi khul jaaye aur tumse pehle wo bahar aaye patients ka check-up karne ke liye, taaki tumhe disturbance na ho, come-on yaar wo tera kitna sochti hai aur tu uske baaare mai jara bhi nahi sochta…
A: (thought a bit) acha mujhe ek baar dekh kar to aane do ki wo so rahi hai ya nahi..
Sa: maine kaha na mai abhi wahin se aayi thi…
A: nahi mujhe apni aankho se dekhna hai, tu ruk mai aata hun, (he almost rushed and sanjana at his back wishing uski aankhein abhi bhi band ho..)
Armaan checked fire escape and in real riddhima was sitting on bench, her back was resting against wall, and her eyes was closed, armaan thought to go down and kiss her on forehead but sanjana pulled him back from door…
Sa: ab tasalli kar li na, wo so rahi hai aur usse sone do, mat disturb karo aur tum bhi thodi der rest kar lo dr. keerti ke cabin mai… she took her in dr. keerti's cabin and almost pulled him on sofa and asked him to close eyes, after sometime riddhima felt the need of having water, she moved out of fire escape and after drinking water, she settled on bench near tap, when one nurse crossed her, she knew that armaan must be busy with his duty but still she asked sister dr. armaaan kahan hai??? Nurse replied he's free from last half hour, and where he's now she doesn't know…
Riddhima felt little weird thinking agar wo free ho gaya tha to yaha kyu nahi aaya, kaha challa gaya, may be terrace par na gaya ho, canteen to band hai waha ja nahi sakta, terrace par hi check karti hun, she checked terrace but didn't find him, she came down and moved towards general ward, after moving few steps, she stopped and came back and turned towards dr. keerti cabin, finally she break into tears when she saw him sleeping on sofa, and sanjana was sitting on floor, with her head on sofa near his tummy and one hand over his tummy….
Riddhima finally moved out of hospital, in between sanjana smiled at her victory, thinking aisa kuch to plan mai nahi tha, wo to bychance mai paani peene aa rahi thi, to tumhe sister se baatein karte dekha, to socha kyu na kal se pehle tumhe ek aura chi cheez dikha dein, kitna bura laga hoga, armaan ko yaha sota dekh, ab armaan bechara kaam se gaya, 31st december bhi aa gai, aakhri din aur may be armaan ka bhi last day ho sanjeevani mai,
ab wo bechara kaise aayega yaha par, kyunki yaha har roj aayega to riddhima mila karegi aur armaan ko apne beete din yaad aaya karienge, isliye may be wo sanjeevani chod de…. Bechare ki koi galti na hote hue bhi sari galti iske uppar aa jayegi, filhaal to isse kuch pata hi nahi, kal ek dum se hi pahad gir jayega jaise kabhi isne mujhpar giraya tha… waiting eagerly for today's evening…….. she looked him and moved her hand in his hair, armaan immediately opened his eyes.. and got up from sofa..
A: tum yaha iss cabin mai kya kar rahi ho sanjana, tum to dr. shubhankar ke cabin mai gayi thi????
Sa: wo armaan mai bas dekhne aayi thi ki tum so rahe ho ya nahi…
A: sanjana tum ye sab kya kar rahi ho?? Agar kissi ne tumhe aur mujhe ek saath cabin mai dekh liya to sab galat samjhenge..
Sa: par jab hum kuch galat kar hi nahi rahe to sab hume galat kyu samjhenge…
A: kyunki generally sabki aisi hi mentality hoti hai aur hum kuch kar bhi nahi sakte, kissi ko rok nahi sakte kuch bhi sochne se…
Sa: par…
A: dekho sanjana you are my friend, my gud friend.. par mai nahi chahta iss friendship ka log kuch aur matlab nikalein, already dr. keerti dr. shubhankar ki party par aisa ho chukka hai, thanks to the dance.. aur agar yaha kissi ne mujhe tumhare saath akele dekh liya to pata nahi kya ho jayega… kiss kiss ko samjhayenge aur kiss kiss ka muh band kareinge, isliye better yahi hoga ki hum khud pehle hi precautions le lein…taaki kissi ko bolne ka mauka hi na mile, hainaa????
Sanjana nodded, thinking precautions lene mai to der ho gayi armaan, aur jise dekhna tha usne dekh bhi liya…. Feel for you… armaan goes out of cabin and moved towards fire escape but found riddhima missing, he's surprised looked at time it's 4:30 in morning, iss waqt riddhima kaha gayi hogi, before he could find out, his pager start ringing….
On other side riddhima opened the door and settled on bed, lost in thoughts, in between tears were falling, thinking armaan tum aise kyu behave kar rahe ho, kya ho gaya hai tumhe, pata nahi kyu lag raha hai inn 10 dino mai bahut gap aa gaya hai hamare beech mai, kuch bhi clear nahi ho raha ki ho kya raha hai, sanjana aur tum, tum aur sanjana???? Pata nahi kya ho raha hai…. kyun meri patience ko test kar rahe ho??? Pata nahi, she closed her eyes…. Cold war was going in between her heart and mind…….lost in thoughts when did she fall asleep don't know….
