SRK and Ash Make Amends

The animosity between Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is thawing, and it looks like they may be on the route to friendship again.

The double backlash started when Shahrukh Khan instantaneously dropped Aishwarya Rai Bachchan from his home production "Chalte Chalte." Aishwarya Rai Bachchan furthered the hostility when she didn't invite Shahrukh Khan to her wedding.

It seems that the two feuding Bollywood stars made amends at Karan Johar's birthday party, avoiding any kind of embroilment between them.

Both stars handled the situation with ease. Sources say that it was Shahrukh Khan who initiated the apology, he is believed to have said, "I think I owe you an apology because in some way I have wronged you."

The two had been conversing for awhile when Shahrukh Khan came forth with an apology. It is said that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan accepted the apology wholeheartedly.
