Rano stormed off from the room. She did not stop to her father's calling. They turned their attention on Bani. 'You serious about Jai?'
She shrugged off her shoulders. 'he gets angry too soon like our Rans. I just love to irritate him that's all.'
Kiran looked at her daughter thoroughly. She did not believe her daughter blindly. It was okay with them. they liked Jai and their family have been friends for a long time. They did few business also together.

Jai Walia the only son of Krishna and Uday Walia sat in his office going through a new business strategy looked up as he saw someone knock on the door.
'May I come in?' asked the girl walking to his cabin.

He took a minute to answer her. 'get into your brain I am not interested. I am ..'

'Yes I am . Sorry Bani..' he said with a straight face.
She shook her head understandingly. When he heaved a sigh of relief she said, 'lekin shadi tho nahin ki naaaa' I'll wait. Well, what is there in that girl that I don't have?'

A slow smile formed on his lips it disappeared before she could notice. She got up from her seat dejectedly and looked at him with woeful eyes. 'God!' she looked at him and said, "now I have to be cruel to you Jai Walia. since you told me I am one ugly duckling I don't think anyone will marry me.. my papa will be very unhappy. I'll have to spend my life as a spinster. Only you can save me'' she looked at him.
'What?' he asked as she kept looking at him.
'Marry me.'
Bani.. please get out' and do me a favor.. don't come back.'
'Al right, I am going I won't come back''
He frowned.
