Who make Bollywood's best couple?
Many Bollywood couples like Aishwarya Rai - Abhishek Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan - Gauri Khan were in contention but none of them bagged the top slot.
In an online poll conducted by a leading matrimony portal, lyricist-poet-scriptwriter Javed Akhtar and his actress wife Shabana Azmi were voted the best couple in Bollywood. The duo got 29 percent votes, much ahead of the votes secured by other celebrity couples like Amitabh Bachchan - Jaya Bachchan , Shahrukh-Gauri, Abhishek-Ash and Ajay Devgan - Kajol .
The portal had conducted a survey to find out the 'best Bollywood couples' and 'best power couples' of 2009 as part of Matrimony Day on April 14 but the results of the poll came nearly a month later.
