Thanks, I never read did the play in school but I loved Literature. In college I did Natural Sciences...
For me justice comes in different form or fashion..
In your post what's the last scene you wanted to see I chose the scene where Bhaboo rejected Amrit. I wanted Bhaboo to be punished and the greatest justice would be for Bhaboo to have rejected all she claimed to have loved - Nahar. After all, all her injustices were done in the name of Nahar. If she had shown a shred of mercy or compassion she would have been the person she claimed to be. Maybe she would have gotten back Nahar by embracing Amrit (that's my justice).
Bhaboo prayed and prayed to God to bring Nahar back Amrit came as an answer to that prayer. Bhaboo forgot everything including What Nahar stood for. I always believed Amrit never came for saloni but for Bhaboo. The least she owed the man was to hear him out...
In Saloni's case the saying the End doesn't justify the means come to mind. Although bringing Amrit saved the family is it right to bring an impersonate into the house. No, Is it right to continue this after 12 years No. Saloni prayed to God to help her in her hours of need and after she would go back to being a widow. So, she got her punishment. In the process her good deeds was not forgotten she got 2 sons...It's funny but Saloni through her strength got through her misery. The fact that those two boys never had to pay for her loss of her daughters by her grieving and be-moaning is the quality she has of making the best of a bad situation. If she had secretly skulk around like Jiji trying to get back the Singh's property or look at ways to get revenge of Tara and Bhaboo her life would have been filled of misery.
It's also funny for the last six years Bhaboo, Tara and by extension Brijesh lives was filled with hatred for Saloni and they took it out on Saawri - the daughter of the man they claim to love. While saloni last six years would be grieving for her daughters but holding no animosity or stressing her life over Tara et al. In the process her daughters would get two great husbands... What better quality in a husband is there than having a son's love for his mother-in-law.
One of the greatest cruelty Tara and Bhaboo did aided by Dheer was sending Saawri to the Orphange at 12 years of age. Again that was hatred in the highest form. The child lost Saloni and Amrit and they dumped her as garbage. Regardless of her love for Saloni they could have paid a family to take her in etc. Again they forgot they promised Savitri to take care off her daughter. As they believed that Sawri was Savitri's child they failed to fullfil that promise.
The greatest justice for Bhaboo, Tara etc.. when the truth of Saawri birth comes out she should be about to get married and move to her husband's house. Saawri in her goodness will off forgive them but by leaving they would never get an opportunity to right the wrong.. She is now the Bahu of another family she's no longer their daughter.. To find something and then lost it immediately is going to be the greatest punishment - exactly what they did to Saloni - after 12 years of searching for her daughter she found her and then lost her because of that family...
I loved the scene where the two boys stood up to Tara etc. Tara could never get that love and affection from her child - It's funny she did everything possible for her child. She claimed to want to be a mother. There were many children yearning for a mother's love and no one loves Tara. Eshaan loved Saloni. Saawri and shweta loved Saloni. Aditiya did love Saloni. After six(6) years Shweta can reject everything that was given to her and run to Saloni's defence. I think one of the greatest lesson in SP would be as seen in Tara's case also the End doesn't justify the means - she wanted a child and she didn't care what she did to get a child. She got a child that hates the ground she walks on...
I don't believe that Saloni or Saawri should or do anything to Tara or Bhaboo or even Brijesh. Nahar loved his family and dgrading or insulting them is an insult to what he stood for. I don't believe Saloni or Saawri should continue to live in that house....
