Is Ash a wicked person?

Aishawarya Rai Bachchan has been accused of stalling Anil Kapoor's daughter Sonam Kapoor from walking the red carpet in Cannes. However, Ash denied this and said that anyone is free to visit the Cannes Film Festival.

The beauty products major, L'Oreal had asked Sonam not to proceed to Cannes and they would find her suitable opportunities in the future. It is worth mentioning here that Sonam's name was on the list that was announced by the L'Oreal on the May 10th press meet.

According to a spokesperson of the company: "There were adverse reports in certain sections of media after some comments by Sonam Kapoor, which were presented out of context… Following this, in order to avoid further escalation, we have advised Sonam not to go to Cannes as was planned earlier, bearing in mind that there would be more interesting opportunities for future appearances in Europe for her."
