well i do think the number is a possible reason ..
#2 : maybe it's an unforgivable mistake but she knows that her father was already in his last-stage and that also it was an accident, so the fault is not entirely on Arjun's side n m sure Arohi would understand it .. and by sayin he killed Arohi, maybe he meant that he killed Arohi's soul n that she's no longer the same .. but if she goes into coma, what abt the 'om' locket then ? and what the 'ek pal' ? as n tellybuzz, thhey told Arjun is unaware of Arohi's state .. let's wait n watch ..
