Sanaya Irani : I eat a lot of chocolates when I am sad

I am a bubbly girl and always try to keep people happy. I don't get upset very often but there are some moments that bring tears to my eyes.

Thank God I am a big time foodie and my chicken soup for the soul is chocolates. I eat a lot of chocolates when I am sad. Apart from this strange habit I go out for shopping and try to divert my attention. I think people should take life very positively and should find ways to be always happy.

Thx for sharing! i like chocolates too esp white chocolate! its def a comfort food 😆 so its choco and retail therapy for Sanaya. i think most of us can relate to that 😆
