Muskaan: Haan Haan yeh bhi tune kisi book se liya hoga... She said jokingly...

Rahul's expressions turned serious... He got hold of both of Muskaan's hands in his own...

Rahul: Nahin Muskaan... Yeh har aik lafz mere dil se nikla hai... Sirf tere liye... Pata nahin... Jab bhi meh tumhe dekhta hu toh... The words just flow out...

Muskaan could see the sincerity of Rahul's words in his eyes... It was as if she was looking directly into his heart...

Just as Muskaan was about to reply Armaan walked in... Rahul quickly let go of Muskaan's hands... Coughing to hide his embarrasement on being caught during such an intimate moment...

Armaan: Oh ho... Yeh kya chal raha hai? Should I come back later? He teased...

Muskaan: Ummm... No... No... It's fine... Come in... Hum toh bas... Woh...

Armaan: I know... I know it's ok... He grinned... Waise mujhe tumhara check up karna hai... Gabbar's orders... He said making a face...

Rahul: Ok... Tum check up karo... I'll wait outside...

Armaan was just leaving after Muskaan's check-up when Rahul (who was just outside in the corridor) stopped him...

Rahul: Hey man... Wait a minute... Mujhe tumse koi zaroori baat karni hai...

Armaan: Haan... Of course... Bol na... What's up?

Rahul: Mujhe tumhari madaat chahiye...

Rahul explained to Armaan how he was planning to propose to Muskaan...

Armaan: Toh Finally... 'The Rahul Grewal' has decided to propose... He said teasingly...

Rahul: Haha... Very Funny... Rahul said sarcastically... Fine... Agar tu aise karega toh forget it... Mujhe tere help nahin chahiye... He started to walk away...

Armaan: Ok... Ok... Sorry dude... Tu fikar mart kar... Meh Riddhima ko sab kuch samjha dunga...

Armaan's pager beeped...

Armaan: Mujhe chalna chahiye... General Ward... Duty calls... He said waving his pager... Aur waise bhi tumhe bhi andaar janaa chahiye warna Muskaan toh tumhe kachaa chabaa jayegi... He laughed...

Rahul: Oye... Muskaan itni bhi buri nahin hai... Rahul replied defensively...

Armaan: Oh ho... Abhi say taraf dari shuru hogayi? Shaadi ke baad kya hal hoga? He teased...

Saying this Armaan left for the General Ward...

Muskaan is sitting up in bed flicking through a magazine... Just then Riddhima entered struggling to get through the door with a wheelchair... Finally she managed to get through...

Riddhima: Hey Muskaan kaisi hai tu? She said placing the wheelchair to one side and going to hug Muskaan...

Muskaan: Tikh hu... Much better... Tu bata... Yeh chair kis liye? She asked pointing towards the chair, confused...

Riddhima: Tumhare liye... Rahul nay bataya tha ki tu is room may behti behti bored ho rahi thi... Toh hum sab ne Dr. Keerti say permission li tumhe Sanjeevani ke gardens may ghumane ki... Yeh duty meri hai... She smiled...

Muskaan: Lekin is chair ki kya zaroorat... I'm fine... Meh chal sakti hu ab... She said attempting to get up...

Riddhima stopped her...

Riddhima: Nahin Muskaan... Dr. Keerti nay bola hai ki jab takh tum puri tarah se tikh nahin hojati tumhe yeh wheelchair use karni padegi...

Muskaan groaned...

Muskaan: Par...

Riddhima cut her off...

Riddhima: Par war kuch nahin Muskaan... Tu bas araam say iss chair may beht and leave the rest to me... She grinned...

In Sanjeevani Gardens:

Riddhima and Muskaan are chatting away... Whilst Riddhima pushes Muskaan... Suddenly Muskaan notices something ahead...

Muskaan: Riddhima wahan dekh... She said pointing... Kuch likha hua hai grass may... Chal wahan chal kay dekhte hai...Riddhima obliged...

As they got closer to the spot... Muskaan realised whatever it was, it was written in flowers... How romantic... She thought...

Muskaan: Chal Riddhima thoda aur agey chalte hai...

As they got closer... Muskaan was shocked to see what was written...

'I Love You Muskaan... Will You marry me?'

It was written with Sunflowers and Daisies Muskaan's favorite flowers of all time...

It took Muskaan a moment to register that the message was for her... She looked at Riddhimma... Who smiled knowingly...

Muskaan: Wha... Yeh... How... Who...

As Muskaan looked on shocked she didn't notice Rahul (who had been hiding behind a tree watching Muskaan's reaction) come out and kneel down in front of Muskaan... Taking hold of Muskaan's hands he said...

Rahul: Muskaan... You know I love you... Meh America say wapis aya toh sirf tumhare liye... Humare pyaar ke liye...

Muskaan gaped... Not knowing what to say... Rahul continued...

Rahul: Tum meri zindagi ho... I can't live without you... I don't want to live without you... Your accident just made me realise how much you mean to me... Meh chahta hu ki meri har subah tumhe dekh kar ho... Meri har raat tumhe apne baahon may liye hi guzrey... You mean the world to me... Will you marry me Muskaan?

Onlookers (including all interns and doctors) had tears in their eyes... It was truly a beautiful moment...

Muskaan was speechless... Riddhima came towards her and whispered...

Riddhima: Bol na Muskaan... Bichara kabse aisey behta hua hai...

Muskaan: Rahul... Umm...

Muskaan came back to her senses... With tears in her eyes...

Muskaan: Haan... Yes Rahul... Meh tumhse shaadi karungi...

Rahul slid the ring... (A gold one with a ruby in the middle and several little diamonds surrounding it) onto Muskaan's finger... Got up and evenloped Muskaan in a hug...

Rahul: I love you jaan...

Muskaan: I love you too...

All the interns congratulated the newly engaged couple and resumed their duties promising to meet up later for a proper celebration...

Riddhima was about to leave too but Muskaan stopped her...

Muskaan: Tum is sab ke baray may jaanti thi?

Riddhima looked down guiltily...

Riddhima: Haan... Actually hum sab jaante the... Rahul nay maana kiya tha bataane ke liye... I'm sorry...

Muskaan: It's ok Riddhima... Don't worry...
