Saat Phere was considered as one of the best show as it tackled the social issues of our society where we give more importance to beauty and color; how we (black daughter) deprived love from our parents and parents even think having you is burden when all proposal for married gets denied due to color. If one agrees to marry you but then demand a high Dowry. As parents you don't have much to offer so you are going to marry your son to another rich girl and the gift your daughter in law brings, and then you will give it as dowry for your daughter's marriage.

What happen ....the saat phere has lost its charm and the story is re-written with the fate of sawri ...she has to endure the same pain of what her mother endure.....saloni had some one who will understand her and give her strength MANOO BHABI...but sawri has no one....Sawri

agree with you, it was once the best show on TV. And it was Saat Phere who introduced this concept of a tackling a social issue, while all other shows followed later on. And it was Saloni's stuggle that got viewers hooked to the the show.

But I belive every show has a certain time span, you can't keep the same theme for ever. It's either that they end the show after a year, becuase by a year the main concept of the show is achieved. And if they keep the show for 4 years like Saat Phere, then it is bound to become slow, and away from it's original purpose.

My husband is kind of anti-serial. all these shows just brainwash you women, he says.

But Saat Phere was they only show, he actually liked to watch. But not anymore. Now its like just any other show.

Yea i agree with you
It was something different i mean there was another show on tv that had girl like her but they changed her look and everything but in this show it showed the battle of a girl that had dark complexion and i really liked it because the didn't change it and they showed that battles she faced as she went along but she never changed what god gave her but now i don't even know what they have done to the show. The leap, saloni in jail Nahar dead, ur rite the show has gone down the drain
