Actually I think it is a song from an old Rajshri movie with sachin and sarika. Can not think of the name of the movie though.

The song is from the movie "Geeth gata chal"
Actually, radha is the daughter of a very rich person and shyam is a good singer.... n he earns his living like that..radha parents take him to the house....and i think meera is the servant there and she is a good friend of radha.
all 3 become good friends.... radha starts loving shyam and she starts getting jealous of meera and shyam's friendship though there is no feelings between shyam and meera other than friendship.
and one day she starts accusing meera... so its after that fight, that this song is sung. Shyam still doesn't know that radha loves him ....he is singing, telling that he is friends of both radha and meera.
