why are votes not being counted?!?

so, guys, i kind of have a problem and would really like some help on this.
well, i live in the US and i've been voting since the beginning of DID (well, the top 12) through texting [61533] and every time i voted i received a conformation that i have been billed. same with my mother's phone.
however, for the past two weeks ive been trying to vote on fridays and saturdays, and i havent received any conformation messages. and its not only with my phone--same for my mother's phone.
does this mean my votes aren't being counted? 😕 idk whats wrong, and its really bothering me. please help me out

i think it may be technical, but im not sure. is it just because im a US voter? 😕😕
