Bachchan’s middle finger tale

Amitabh Bachchan and, goodness gracious, the usually prim and proper Aishwarya Bachchan brandishing their middle fingers for the benefit of photographers after they voted during the Mumbai polls yesterday.

Ash, on the other hand, was almost going to give the Bachchan khaandaan a bad name, but was quick to observe how mom-in-law Jaya Bachchan was playing it.

Hubby Abhishek in the meanwhile did flaunt his middle finger. But then again, that's as old as the hip-hop fare he's been trying to peddle, even if it was Delhi 6 that got a 'screw you' from the audience.

John for some reason seems to pull off the middle finger with an endearing mix of boyish vulnerability and rakish charm, while Ranbir's dishevelled appearance was in a direct contrast to his polling manners (check out the 'salaam' pose).
