Great ending Jayati. Finally Raj made Deep sing. I had thought it was him who wanted her to sing. Being an artist himself & loving her he couldn't let her waste her talent. but he was just fulfilling a promise given to her dad.

Why did he need to ask her whom she chose. Didn't he know i was him fr whom she was singing. She didn't even look at Shekhar.

Shekhar was mad that she performed rather than being happy for her. Good ridence thanks to Raj & her dad's conspiracy.

Don't agree with Pinakin's logic about keeping his family away. may be because family being together & face whatever is the most important thing. But then its me.

Can't we have an epilogue. Did Taru accept Deep as par of the family. Would have loved to see them at the concert too.

Looking forward to your next one. That too a Jb story😊.

Dear Nema & Dipti,

You are right, Pinakin is weird, even his wife Hema thought so...but then as a husband and father he was trying to protect his family, though he admitted to himself he has to bring the family to the city once the children starts going to college.

Madhav Solanki never thought he will get to hear Deep singing on stage, Raj promised him he will make her sing, it was their wish coming true....

I did think of an epilogue to show Taruben and Amma's change is relationship with Deep but refrained from it....as now Deep is ready to adjust, even her husband knows her intentions were right...he will definitely help her to sort this issue and lets say there are always some issues in the house which lasts for lifetime....at times you do not like it but then you accept them as part of your life...I think Taruben's and Deep's relationship will also be like that & Amma had already accepted Deep as she thought Deep will bring happiness to their otherwise morbid life....so when she will see her son happy, I think Amma will be back to normal....love Tin

Tin, what happened to Shekar is also I want to know, an Epilogue will be great and want to see how Deep and Raj were in their life😉

Tujhe JB ff chahiye ki nehi? Now I am in JB mode so cannot come back to RD mode ...but they lived happily ever after and Shekhar....you know what happens to Indian Idol winners....you do not get to hear them after the first year....😃 Baki samaj le.....😉....Love Tin

Tujhe JB ff chahiye ki nehi? Now I am in JB mode so cannot come back to RD mode ...but they lived happily ever after and Shekhar....you know what happens to Indian Idol winners....you do not get to hear them after the first year....😃 Baki samaj le.....😉....Love Tin

Haila.....didn't know about this ff!!!!

But I got one lovely weekend treat - kamaal ka ff tha...

Hard to say any names other than JB, but the leading pair was great.

Especially liked the update where Deep is sitting looking at the fortress-like home where she was able to rock the senese of security and peace so quickly and easily even though it was unintentional.

She was able to relate to Gauri's adjustments and understand the difficult time her bhabhi must have gone thru. (Yeh to achchi hai, some people toh phir bhi appreciate ya understand nahin karte!!!! 😆) Nothing like walking in someones shoes to know what they are talking about. The only part that I was surprised at was when she was actually even thinking about Shekhar and his family in the end - pati ke saath itne din rehke bhi she was thinking about the lack of skeletons in Shekhar's closet!!
