Sufism is one of many sects in islam as in many other religions, it is about the spirtual connection with Allah, this higher spirtual connection is acheieved through sufi music worshipping Allah as well as a spirtual dance which involves spinning around so one gets into a trance to get closer to Allah and through namaz of course.
